13日那天早晨，我到了学校里，看见初二的同学们都在议论，我隐隐约约听到“汶川”还有“地震”什么的。我们班主任蔡老师走进我们的班级说：“同学们，昨天在汶川发生了一件特大的事件，7.8级的大地震。”坐我前面的同学说：“嗯，昨天的确发生了大地震，死了许多人。”“那你今天早上还那么嘻皮笑脸的。”我接过他的话讲，“喔，就是就是。”一些同学也随即严肃起来。

这两天中午，学校里都会放新闻联播给我们看，我看见那些被埋在废墟里的人们向外面伸出一只只求救的手，看见人们救出埋在教学楼下的初中生和小学生们，还看见遇难者的尸体被人们抱出来，真是惨不忍睹啊！

蔡老师还给我们讲了一个事情：一位学生被压在了废墟下面，他叫着：“叔叔救我！叔叔快救我！”可是好多人就是搬不开上面压着的一块板，无能为力，最后，那几位叔叔都站在旁边落泪……当老师讲完后,全班同学沉寂了许久,想到灾区人民怎么会这么苦这么可怜,我们都感到自己真是太幸福了……

蔡老师还告诉我们,这两天里他给灾区人民献血了,我们都给了蔡老师热烈的掌声。而我呢？虽然不能去献血，但是我会捐出所有的积蓄，为灾区人民献出一份自己的爱。
