在这11天中，通过介绍，我在Octagonxxx进行了实习。实习是一个大学学生重要的一个学习过程，也是我们毕业后走向社会所迈出的试探性一步。我的主要实习目的是熟悉当代企事业单位的工作，积累工作经验，提高综合素质，并为德语专业学生在毕业后从事与专业关系比较少的工作进行一些探索。

我在两周内的实习工作内容有：为某公司产品推广活动计划做一些基础性的工作；为某电信企业开展“展会经济”搜集信息；实习基本的现代办公新技术。

我的第一个具体工作是电话联系一些娱乐场所，商谈能否与之合作，租用其场地开展产品宣传活动。电话办公是现代工商业的高科技办事手段之一，对提高工作效率有很大的帮助。我的同事和我在电话联系之前，首先确定了非常具体的工作方法。但是，电话只是手段，其本质仍然是人类与人类之间的沟通。这一点是我的弱项。所以在初期经常会因缺乏工作的经验和技巧而造成工作成功率低，返工率高等情况。难度最大的问题就是语言的障碍。极少数的当地群众国语不太灵光，加上我的上海话的表达能力也非常有限，所以有的时候双方互相听不懂。多亏单位的同事及时救场，成功地与对方达成了协议。整个电话联系的工作持续了一周左右，在此期间，我学到了一些工作上行之有效的方法：第一，制定精确的工作计划，对工作的目的和手段量化处理，精确计算，务必做到机关算尽；第二，在工作出现问题的时候，多和人沟通，出现问题，及时救场。90年代末21世纪初成长起来的一代人，有一种“Cool”时代的倾向，就是习惯单人行动，在别人一无所知的情况下办好一件事，或者注重人机对话甚于人与人的交流。性格即命运，如果改变不了人的性格，那么至少要改进自己的工作方式方法。

在2月7日，我首次出外勤工作。工作的内容是到［文章来源于 ］上海的一些娱乐场所拍照，用来提供活动所需的资料。在确认了外出路线，通知了拍照单位之后，我就拿着相机出发了。由于对上海城市比较了解，加上拍照的单位都位于上海比较繁华的地段，所以在整个工作上没有什么问题。但是还是遇到了一点麻烦，1是搞错了一个Pub的地址，到了附近才问别人，费时费力；2是低估了城市交通，对交通管制和高峰时间准备不周，导致延长了外勤时间；3是面对突发事件缺乏解决的手段，某家电影院本计划接受拍照，但是到了电影院，计划又有变更，导致不能拍照。但是总的来说，此次外勤工作还算成功，达到了预期的目的。短暂的外勤工作给我的启示是：1，要熟悉办事地点的情况，提前准备，必要的时候要借助地图，GoogleEarth等工具。2，在城市交通比较拥挤的情况下，要打提前量，节约时间。3，面对外勤中的突发事件，仍然要多和同事沟通，并且争取有效率地解决主要问题，完成主要的工作。

贯穿实习始终的一项重要工作是通过互联网，查询一些行业对“展会经济”的赞助，为客户提供有效的资料。具体的方式就是通过Google，百度等互联网搜索引擎，找到相关的资料、数据、文章，做简单的分析。整项工作最大的挑战就是搜索资料。互联网的资料多而且繁杂，但是和题目相关的材料非常少而且不好找。对此，我先开始的工作方法是把带关键字的资料全部下载到本地，不经整理就打印出来。这是不合要求的。后来通过向同事学习，我学会了通过关键字搜索需要的资料，按内容提取有效信息进行整理，对其中的数据添加重点，找到了一些有价值的信息。在此之后，我在同事的指导之下，很快学会了复印、打印、传真、装订等工序。

在上述几个主要的工序以外，我还在单位积极参加了一些公益劳动。

通过短暂的实习，我首先熟悉了当代分工明确、高效率的办公，参与了一些具体的工作，学会了一些具体的工作方法，熟悉了各种办公自动化用具的操作。基本达到了假期社会实践的目的。在实习报告的最后，我感谢xxx提供给我的实习机会，xxx的同事们所具备的优秀学问、人品值得我认真学习。在今后的学习生活中，我将认真学习专业科目，同时增强自己的工作能力，做到德智体全面发展。
