老师让我们分成小组进行模拟逃生训练。第一个训练就是模拟烟道逃生训练，我们用老师教的方法，大家一起蹲下来，穿过有浓浓烟雾的烟道，当看到“安全出口”指示牌时，我们终于出来了。第二个训练就是模拟高层逃生训练。我们先做好自己的保护措施，然后再把绳子固定在一个地方，再用双手紧紧抓住绳子，沿着绳子慢慢滑下来。敢于上去尝试的同学最后都安全地下来了。我们真棒！

通过一个下午的学习与演练，我们掌握了逃生的方法，这个活动对我们非常有意义。
