我很喜欢吃麦当劳的薯条，以前餐厅柜台上有很多服务员，还有很多人在排队。最近我去的时候发现服务员变少了，排队的人也少了，但是多了好几台点餐机。

我让爸爸允许我去尝试一下点餐机。点餐机的大屏幕上显示着餐厅卖的所有东西，分成主食、小食、甜品、饮品，我在屏幕上选了“小食”，就跳出了很多种小食，在里面找到了我的最爱，薯条。

接着下一步是选付钱方式，我选择了微信支付，把手机上的付款码对准机器上的扫码窗口，就支付成功了。机器打印出一张带编号的取餐条，我就等着服务员叫号取我最爱的薯条了。

哇!点餐机点餐比柜台点餐快多了，也有趣多了!

我愉快地回到了座位，心情别提有多兴奋了：以前在麦当劳，总要排老长老长的队，肚子总是饿得咕咕叫，而今天的自助点餐让我大开眼界，既不用排队，又不用拿现金结账，真是方便快捷啊！社会的进步，科技的发展，给我们的生活带来了很多便利。下次来麦当劳，我一定还要自助点餐。

我又想起来，以前在肯德基妈妈让我去要一包番茄酱，在克拉拉妈妈让我去要个袋子打包，在魏家凉皮妈妈让我去要一个袋子装饮料，这些都是我自己去要的东西。这是妈妈在锻炼我自己买东西，如果不锻炼的话，长大了还是害羞，就不会跟人交流。
