我认为大学不应该对外开放，因为大学是一个学习的地方，如果所有闲杂人士都可以随意进出学校的话，不仅会影响学生学习，而且说不定还有一些心存歹念的人会伤害学校里的师生。中山大学就发布了限外令，原则上除了教师、学生以及校友工作人员外，其他人士不得入内，此项限外令一发布，就引起了大家的关注，网上更是议论纷纷，有的人认为中山大学这样做也是无可厚非的，也是为了学校师生的安全问题，现在的不法分子越来越多，如果学生在学校里面出了问题谁来负责。限外令就很好的保护了学校师生的安全。但有的人表示，中山大学有着百年的文化建筑，不能进去参观也令人感到遗憾。

虽然一些大学开始限外让一些想参观大学的人感到遗憾，但是大学本来就是学生学习的圣地，如果不限外，那么其他人就会把大学当成公园，在里面随意的游走，吵闹，破坏了大学浓厚的学习氛围。像武汉大学，一到了樱花盛开的季节，校园里都是人头涌涌，这些人大多都是慕名前来参观武汉大学樱花的游客，在这种情况下学校的学生还能安静地在教室里学习吗？而且出了一些游客，一些心存歹念的人说不定会躲在学校某个隐蔽的地方，等夜深人静的时候再出来进行偷窃等行为，限外令就防止了这些人进入校园，还给了学生安静的读书环境又减少了校园内发生的犯罪行为。
