“我有我自己的学习方法，你不要管我，我自己会调整。”昨日下午，李罗敏告诉记者，在高考前两个星期，她将这条短信发给了英语老师，可没想到，这件事情被整个学校的老师和学生知道了。她说，这是她这些年来做得最出格的一件事，其实心里还是挺害怕的。

原来，成绩一直稳居年级第一的李罗敏，在高考前两个月，英语和语文写作成绩突然下滑，一向乖巧听话的她突然出现这个“变故”，让人很是担心，老师多次找她谈心。这让李罗敏感到心烦，于是她发了这样一条短信。发完后，老师真的没有找她私下谈话了，此时她感觉自己过于冲动，后悔了。但经过思考后，又认为自己反正没有退路了，只能静下心来复习，用成绩证明自己。

一句鼓励，促使她调整心态

成绩位列年级第一，并不是偶然的。李罗敏说，其实自己最喜欢的是理科，在高一下学期分文理科的时候，家人认为学文科更有前途，好找工作，于是要求她选了自己并不擅长甚至不喜欢的文科。因为此事，李罗敏还与父亲赌过气，同时消沉了一年之久，没有学习目标，常吃零食泄愤，学习成绩也一落千丈。其实，李罗敏的一切都没有逃过班主任陈石城老师的眼睛。“既然你选择了文科，就应该坚持下去。”陈老师说，不管消沉也好，成绩下滑也罢，他始终相信目前的成绩并不是李罗敏真正的实力。李罗敏也没想到，这句话会给自己这么大的鼓励。于是她调整好心态，奋发图强，把全部心思都放在学习上。

“在上课时，我会选用自己最容易记住的方法，用简短的话来记住老师讲授的知识，而不是一味地选用老师的方法。”当记者询问李罗敏在学习上是否有诀窍时，李罗敏这样说道。她说，其实，学习方法有很多，找到适合自己的才是最重要的。

除了平时善于积累总结，李罗敏对于考试也有自己的一套办法。她说，每次考试，自己都会保持平常心，除了细心审题外，还不忘记提醒自己，做题一定不能用“惯性思维”。看到记者不解，她连忙解释，现在的高中生，尤其是到了高三年级的学生，各种大大小小的测试题目做多了，就会有一个惯性思维，不加思考地下笔，这样很容易犯错。

一个梦想，激励她努力拼搏

李罗敏出身贫寒，父母在外务工，自己从小与爷爷奶奶一起生活，不仅吃苦耐劳，更是各种家务活统统会做。记者了解到，李罗敏家住宁都县与石城县交界的千年古村，自从上了高中，每次回家需乘车70余里路到圩镇，然后再走30里山路才能到家。

通过努力拼搏，李罗敏从中考全县第11名，跳跃到今年高考全市文科第一名的高点，已经实现了自己的梦想。李罗敏说，此次高考填报志愿，自己还是想上中国人民大学，因为，那里还有她的梦想。“心中有梦想，拼搏无止境。”李罗敏如是说。

6月23日，高考成绩刚刚出炉，南康中学考生邹磊就接到班主任告知其获得佳绩的电话。673分，邹磊成为2013年高考赣州市理科第一名！

昨日，记者来到南康采访邹磊时了解到，他决定填报北京大学。在整个采访过程中，邹磊始终乐呵呵的，并一直强调自己心态不错，相信付出了就会有收获。

掌握窍门，从学习中找到乐趣

昨日上午，记者依约来到南康市蓉江路。在一家粮油店前，一名戴着黑框眼镜、穿着绿色T恤、满脸笑容的阳光男孩早已在店门前等候，他便是邹磊。原来，利用暑假的空闲时间，他来帮父母看店。

据了解，邹磊的高考成绩是语文125分、数学143分、英语137分、理综268分，共673分。回想高中的学习过程，邹磊自称学得比较轻松。“从初中开始，数学、物理等理科科目我都学得比较得心应手，加上高中时政治科目不是很好，而自己又特别喜欢化学，所以选择了理科。”高二文理分科后，邹磊始终保持对所有科目的学习兴趣，大量的习题不免枯燥，但邹磊总能掌握窍门，找到乐趣。用他自己的话说，学习辛苦，但不痛苦。

进入高三，在紧张的备考状态下，邹磊根据自己的情况，灵活运用复习方法。他注重追求“做一题就会解答同一题型”的做题效果。印象中，高三学子的课桌上都是堆成山的资料书，而邹磊的课桌上却比较简洁，是班上同学中资料书最少的。“很多书不需要摆在课桌上，看过的题型我都记在了脑子里。”邹磊笑着说。每次考试，理综卷中的物理压轴题总会难倒不少学生，邹磊却常常知难而进。为了突破难题，他特意到书店找来针对性强的资料，反复钻研，吃透题型后，他也总能举一反三，触类旁通。规律作息，

“乐天派”造就平常心

邹磊讲究学习方法，同时更注重保持昂扬的精神状态和乐观的心态，“乐天派”是他对自己性格的白描。

家里离学校不远，邹磊每天6时多起来，步行至学校上早自习；午饭后坚持午睡一小时；晚自习回到家后，再翻看一下文学类书籍，10时多便睡觉。邹磊认为，每天都要保持精神饱满，这样复习比高强度疲劳复习更高效。

在这样有规律、讲实效的学习状态下，高三期间，邹磊的成绩在学校一直排名居前，偶尔发挥不好时，他也总是保持平常心。邹磊说：“成绩多少会有些波动，但我的心态一直很稳定。”课余时间，邹磊常常通过打乒乓球、上网看新闻漫画等放松自己。

交流中，邹磊称自己有个爱好：每天早自习后在家吃早饭时都要看央视的《朝闻天下》，在最紧张的复习阶段也是如此，常看新闻让他增长了不少见识。有一次，看到新闻报道中涉及可燃冰的资讯，而其中就有一些化学方面的知识，这对他之后做化学相关习题时带来了帮助。

感恩老师和父母，相信并创造奇迹

在高中三年的学习生涯里，班主任吴继康老师的一句“只有相信奇迹才能创造奇迹”，一直激励着邹磊和班上同学前行，邹磊也常把它当做自己的励志格言。他说，吴老师及所有老师都非常关心学生，总是给学生传来正能量。在吴老师眼中，邹磊做题严谨，语言表达颇具个性，为人也很谦虚，与同学相处融洽，是难得的各科成绩及综合素质全面发展的学生。
