God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they have done. 走在回家的路上，我费尽心思地在想：怎样用我为数不多的零用钱，为妈妈买一件称心如意的礼物，来表达我对妈妈深深的谢意呢?

回到家里，我看见妈妈正端着一盆洗的干干净净的衣服，拿到阳台上去晾晒。看着妈妈被凉水浸泡得通红的双手，突然想起妈妈前两天还向爸爸抱怨说她的手因为做家务变得越来越粗糙了。对了，我知道买什么礼物送给妈妈啦。

于是我拿出平时帮爸爸、妈妈干活挣到的零用钱，匆匆忙忙出了家门。我来到了我家附近的银座超市，走到卖日用品的地方，开始寻找我要买的礼物。这时，旁边的一位售货员阿姨对我说：“小朋友，你要买什么呀?”我回答阿姨说：“感恩节快到了，我想用我的零用钱为妈妈买一支护手霜，滋润一下她粗糙的双手，但价钱不能太贵哟!我只有20元钱。”阿姨听了笑着对我说：“真是个有孝心的孩子。阿姨给你推荐这款美加净特润的护手霜吧，它正在搞促销活动，价钱便宜，对手的护理也非常有效。另外，阿姨还有一个小建议给你，你可以用剩下的钱为妈妈买一副胶皮手套，让妈妈洗衣服、刷碗的时候戴上它，也可以保护妈妈的手。”我觉得阿姨的建议非常好，于是又为妈妈挑选了一副桃红色的胶皮手套，和护手霜一同拿到收银台付了钱，拿着它们高高兴兴回家了。

回到家后，我立刻把正在厨房里忙活的妈妈拉到了洗手间，用温水把她的双手洗干净，然后用毛巾给妈妈擦干手。让妈妈坐到了沙发上，拿出护手霜对妈妈说：“妈妈这是我送给您的感恩节礼物，让我来为您涂上它吧。”于是我打开护手霜 的 盖 子，把护手霜挤到妈妈的手上，并不停地为妈妈来回揉搓，直到护手霜完全融进妈妈的皮肤里。又拿出胶皮手套对她说：“希望它们能代替我来保护您的双手，我希望您永远用一双光滑、柔嫩的双手牵着我，陪着我慢慢地长大。”妈妈显然被我的“突然袭击”给搞晕了，过了一会儿，她才红着眼圈高兴地对我说：“谢谢你，宝贝，我非常喜欢这份感人的礼物。”说完后，妈妈用带着护手霜香味的双手捧起我圆圆的脸蛋，在上面狠狠地“咬”了一口。
