最近妈妈心脏不舒服，之前是我只要在小花园踢足球，妈妈就说她心脏突突突跳个不停，听不得我说足球两字，所以妈妈不敢在我踢足球的地方逗留，害怕我们踢到人，爸爸说这么大孩子了，踢球有分寸，妈妈说不害怕自己孩子踢着人，看着别人家二虎孩子，如果踢到人需要一起承担后果的，回来整个家都被踢散了，找个合适的场地约上同学一起去踢，简直太难了，我们每每踢球的时候，大爷大妈都很无奈，后来我也不去踢了，妈妈心脏还舒服些，妈妈给我报了一个足球训练班，我可以每周去上课那里练习，释放，时不时教练还会组织我们进行对抗赛，比小花园有趣多了，妈妈很欣慰。

但是我不踢球了，妈妈的心脏还是不舒服，最近有些频繁，每天无缘无故心脏就会突突突跳个不停，去了医院做了筛查甲状腺没有问题，下面就要筛查心脏了，妈妈还没有时间去预约，正好我看到有冠心病知识的小普及可以学习学习。

妈妈说我现在心脏的感觉就好像要被你活活气死，只有让我激动，心脏就突突突跳个不停，这里应该是厉害的疾病，妈妈应该还不至于，妈妈还很年轻。冠心病就是一场缺氧引发的事故，心脏是个送氧快递公司，他有两类员工，一类是快递往哪送部门心肌细胞负责公司运营，一类是送氧送水部门血液，心肌细胞属于白领，他们贼虚弱，没氧气就玩完，所以公司运营发展好坏全靠心肌细胞，必须要供养起来，血液是基层员工，劳碌命，天天跑外勤，送快递。天天给心肌细胞送氧，血液走的这条通道就是冠状动脉，因为长得像树冠，得名而来，心肌细胞的氧气全指望这条内部通道来送，但是吸烟，高血压，糖尿病，肥胖等疾病就会让血管上出现伤口，血液送氧就容易磕磕碰碰，平时跟着血液一起到处跑的脂质就会黏糊在这些地方，越滚越大成为油包堵在路中间，这就是粥样硬化斑块，有了他就容易得冠心病，它就是罪魁祸首，他堵住了血液送氧的道路，间接堵死了心肌细胞，油包大小，决定心脏问题大小，平时总是心脏疼就是心绞痛，他是冠心病的一种，冠心病是猝死的头号杀手，平时一定要避免情绪激动，过分熬夜，过度劳累等，当你情绪激动，太累了，这个油包就会破掉，油包破了并不一定是送氧畅通，血液里有一个小东西叫血小板，他就会往这跑来，他是血管里的维修工，哪里破损修哪里，他一来和油包里的杂七杂八混在一起形成血栓，完，没修好又给堵住了，这时候就是心肌缺血和心肌梗死。这就要看运气，运气好的就是碰到大油包给他们挡住在一个狭小的地方，如果运气不好整个堵住就玩完了。

那堵住道路如何修复呢？有两种方法一个是心脏支架，一个是心脏搭桥。心脏支架就是道路堵的还不算严重，用一个千斤顶可以撑开，现实中就是把一根管子从胳膊肘或者大腿根一路捅到冠状动脉，在血管里塞个支架，气囊充气，打开支架，抽走气囊，留下支架。另一个就是无法撑开，路已经被堵死了，只能开辟新路，打个新桥。为了不受这种痛苦，我们日常要适当保持健康体重，运动，戒烟酒，健康饮食，放轻松。健健康康心情愉悦少疾病。真的是看很多百岁老人都是没有烦恼。

由于2019年12月份因为武汉的一家海鲜市场卖了很多野味，比如：蝙蝠，土拨鼠。后来有一些人吃了这些野味。因而得了一种新型冠状病毒––肺炎，一传十，十传百。现在全国已有2823例确诊病例，5794例疑似病例，死亡81人。这些惊人的数字，让人毛骨悚然。这次新型冠状病毒和17年前的非典相比来说，这次的肺炎比当年的非典要可怕的多，传播速度也很快。面对这次肺炎病毒，我向全国市民发出以下倡议，让我们一起保护自己，让我们一起做到以下几点：

1、出门要戴口罩，尽量是医用外科口罩、N90口罩和N95口罩。

2、勤洗手，因为到了公共区域常常会接触一些不健康的病毒，这时我们就要做到勤洗手。

这天早上，太阳缓缓升上了天空，我却还躺在床上，身子软塌塌的，感觉病毒偷偷溜到了我的身体里。妈妈来叫我，说：“已经七点了，还不起来？”我一动不动地躺着，说：“好像……咳咳，感冒了……”“那我给你老师那儿请个假，到医院看一下吧”，妈妈说。

我慢慢“爬”下了床，下楼刷牙。一阶、两阶……为什么我平时一跳就走完的楼梯下得这么累？我终于下完了楼梯，已经累跨了，坐到了沙发上，气喘吁吁，“咳咳，咳！”我的眼皮又开始闭上了……最后，还是有劳妈妈把我扶到了洗手台。“第二关”继续——刷牙！别看刷牙是件小事，对生病的我来说，还真是困难……

我开始挤牙膏了，拿着牙膏，正准备挤——发现手里拿得是洗面奶！看来我真是病糊涂了……我拿着牙膏，挤了一大坨，不知怎么的，手不听使唤了。在刷牙的时候，我的手像压了一块石头一样重重的，一点劲都没有。洗漱完毕，该吃饭了，都是是我喜欢吃的！平常我一看三明治，就手舞足蹈，可今天，却兴奋不起来。我好像没有胃口……我“开心”地咬了一口三明治，可怎么就没味道呢？平常三明治都散发着一股诱人的香味，可今天怎么就没有了呢？生病真是让人头疼呀！

经过“一番”难受的病，我记住了，以后可要多穿点衣服，不要再着凉，生病了多难受呀！
