在去西区的路上,又出现了我们五班的身影。我们是要去干嘛呢?我们是要去西区参加跑步考试。在头一天当我知道明天要考跑步时,我的心中疙瘩了一下,明天我能考好吗?能坚持跑完吗?能及格吗?这些问题一直缠到我入眠。

当我踏入西区的校门时,我紧张极了,简直心都快跳到嗓子眼里了。我怀着一颗紧张的心情做着准备活动。

当我站在起跑线上时,我紧张万分,手心冒着汗,心急如焚,七上八下,弄得我满头大汗.手脚也不由自主地僵硬起来.当余老师一挥旗子,我的后脚便腾空而起,像一支离弦的箭一般飞奔而去.

第一个来回,精力充沛的选手们飞一般地冲了出去.双脚不停地来回跑动,手剧烈地摆动.20多秒的时间便跑完了100米.

第二个来回,可能是第一个来回发力过猛,在第二个来回时,体力有些减弱了,双脚有也有些沉重了.

第三个来回,当我跑第三个来回时,我的脚似乎像上了铅一般沉重.呼吸似乎跟不上节拍.要大口大口地喘气才行.当我努力想冲刺时,呼吸急促,让我感到十分吃力.

第四个来回,我们体力严重透支,脚越来越沉重.似乎迈一步都需要很大的力气.我拖着好似已无知觉的双腿,在操场上坚持跑了下去.并不断地为自己"加油”.只有一个来回了,只要跑完这一个来回就可以休息了.当我用相当于慢跑的速度跨过终点时,我似乎都快累爬下了.

五十米乘八,四百米的距离,说长不长,说短不短.我应该多多练习.在下一次考试中考得更好.

星期一的早上,我刚一睡醒,就想到今天的体育课上要练习跑步,而我又跑不动,肯定会被大家笑话的,我的眼泪就忍不住流出来了。爸爸知道了我的心思,连忙安慰我说:“不要怕,从今天开始,我们每天一起练习跑步,就会进步的。”我听了之后,勉强笑着说:“好!”其实我的心里还是很害怕的。

上完体育课,从操场回来,我的眼里满是泪水,叶老师了解情况后,拍拍我的肩膀,亲切地说:“你已经是一名少先队员了,应该要学会微笑着面对困难,只要刻苦练习,就一定会进步的,老师相信你。”叶老师的话深深地激励着我。

下午放学后,我很快完成了作业,和爸爸一起来到学校的操场上。爸爸指着塑胶跑道,说:“妤茜,从哪里跌倒,我们就要学会从哪里爬起。来,爸爸陪你跑!”刚开始,我跑不到一圈就累得趴下了,爸爸心疼我,就让我休息一下再跑。一想到就要跑步考试了,我不敢停下来,就坚定地说:“不行,我要坚持下去,继续跑。”第二天,我能跑两圈了,第三天我能跑三圈了……从那天以后,我和爸爸每天都来学校跑三圈。

经过几天的练习,爸爸夸我的速度快了很多,林老师也表扬我进步了。现在的我每天都盼着上体育课呢!

一说教材

1. 教材体系

我说的是牛津小学英语4b第九单元的第二课时。牛津小学英语是江苏省中小学教学研究室和牛津大学出版社联合编写的。这套教材从视听入手,注重学生的语言能力训练,内容贴近学生生活和学习实际,灵活性强。

2. 教材内容

4b第九单元的核心内容是“确定方位”,与3b的第七单元相呼应,从要求上看是3b内容的继续和深入。这也是这套教材的特点之一,项目不断重复,知识逐渐深入。围绕确定方位这一核心,通过情景对话,重点要求学生掌握四会句型:where’s the/my……? it’s in/on……及其复数形式:where are the/my……?they are in/on……. there’s no …in/on/near…另外掌握四会单词如knife. plate, cup等餐具及一些食品。同时要求掌握三会句型如:what’s for breakfast? have some juice then.等日常交际用语。对于where句型学生不难理解,但是要求学生能自由运用就有一定难度。本节课非常注意突破这一难点,多创设情景,避免明知故问。

同时这一单元的内容明显涉及东西方文化差异的问题,尤其是饮食方面。这也是我这一节课所要重点体现的一点。我通过让学生亲身体验的方法,做到是学生在学习英语的过程中了解英语国家文化,提高英语运用能力,渗透跨文化交际的意识,培养语言交际能力,这也是新课标所要求的。

3. 教学目标

通过本课的学习,注重培养学生特别是四年级这些刚刚学习英语近两年的学生,注重培养他们的学习兴趣以及学习英语的态度。使他们建立起学习英语的自信心;通过单元中的词和基本结构句型的操练,提高学生初步运用英语进行简单日常交际的能力,让雪糁在活动中学习英语,满足主体需要,培养创新意识。

(1) 认知目标

a进一步操练第一课时的句型:what’s for ….?where’s the/my….?及四会单词glass,cup,bread,fridge等。

b学习新的四会句型:where are my/the…..?并注意单复数区分there’s no……in/on/near……

c掌握四会单词:knofe ,fork. egg. bread.等。

(2) 能力目标

a学生能自由替换练习句型,能够在真实语言环境下运用句型。

b学生能综合第一课时和第二课时所学内容,根据所提供的情境,进行小组活动,表演对话。

(3) 情感目标

使学生从“要我说”“要我学”变成“我要说”“我想试一试”。让学生感受到与日常生活的紧密联系,使学生觉得自己能够用英语进行真实的日常生活对话,从而获得英语学习的成功感,自豪感。从根本上培养和保持了学生学习英语的兴趣。心理学认为:成功感是人的深层心理需要。
