“卖汤圆，卖汤圆，小二哥的汤圆，圆又圆……”这首是关于汤圆的儿歌。今天老师就教我们做南瓜汤圆啦!

巧妇难为无米之炊!做东西要有材料。做南瓜汤圆需要切好去皮的南瓜薄片、白砂糖、糯米粉、芝麻粉和香油。现在是万事俱备，只欠东风。只要老师一声令下，我们就开始。

第一步，先把南瓜加热，用勺子压成泥。我气得七窍生烟。因为我发现组长和组员没了。四下寻找，发现那堆人在吃南瓜泥!然后，我们开始揉面团。不一会，我们的手臂发酸了。休息一会儿又开始揉，终于揉好了。

10月31日是西方的万圣节前夜。那天下午，我参加了“联大”的“走进万圣节，感受万圣节”联欢会。下午四点，我准时来到了联大的303教室。首先，每个人得到一个棒棒糖。

我找到一个座位，一边津津有味地吃着棒棒糖，一边听一位老师介绍万圣节：万圣节是美国等西方国家年年都会庆祝的秋季节日。这个节日实际不是一个真正的宗教节日，而主要是孩子们的节日。在万圣节这一天，人们最主要的庆祝方式是：1、制作南瓜灯。2、孩子们提着袋子挨家挨户串门，说：“trickortreat，moneyoreat。”意思是：不款待就捣乱，给钱还是吃的！于是大人们就会把准备好的零用钱或糖果放在他们的口袋里。“今天我们就来体验一下，好不好？”老师问。“好！”同学们都开心得叫了起来。体验完“要糖果”，我们又在老师的指导下做了一个可爱的面具。最后进行最重要的一项：制作Jack-o"-lantern(南瓜灯)。

老师给每人发了一个桔黄色的小南瓜，然后由外教带领我们制作。我先用铅笔在小南瓜上画出它的眼睛、鼻子和嘴巴。我画的是可爱型的，咧着嘴巴在哈哈大笑，还有一双眯成一条线的眼睛。形状画好了，就开始刻南瓜了。我用刻刀对着眼睛的轮廓一刀扎了下去，可是因为南瓜太硬了，没有扎透。抱歉，小南瓜，我于是把刀从南瓜“肚子”里拔出来，然后瞄准好位置，使出全身力气，这回终于扎透了。沿着画好的轮廓扎几刀，用力一拔，眼睛部分就掏空了。按照这样的方法，我依次掏空了另一只眼睛和嘴巴。唉，只是南瓜太坚硬了，我有次差点扎住手，看来制作南瓜灯真是不容易啊！

功夫不负有心人，经过一个小时的精心打磨雕刻，我的南瓜灯终于完成了。它看上去很开心，好像在感谢我“创造”了它呢！老师给每人发了一根小蜡烛，我把蜡烛点燃，放进小南瓜被掏空的“肚子”了，桔黄色的温暖灯光立刻照亮了小南瓜。呵呵，好像冰心笔下的“小桔灯”啊！忽然，教室的灯被关灭了，黑暗中无数“南瓜小妖怪”在冲我们微笑，我们也开心地笑起来！

今天是万圣节呐！

下午的时候，我和阮郑醒、金翎一组做南瓜灯。我们先在上面画上眼睛、鼻子，把里面的东西全部掏空，一想起这几天的不顺心，我便有了动力，三下五除二就把南瓜给“干”掉了。然后我们再一起刻出南瓜的五官。3个姐妹一起协力，虽然金翎的手不小心割到了，不过我们前进的动力还是不减。噶，OVER了，成功！

今天晚上，我和妈妈一起制作南瓜丸子。

妈妈首先把南瓜切成小片，放入蒸锅里，大火蒸十分钟左右，南瓜就熟了。妈妈把蒸好的南瓜装入盆中搅拌成糊状，再往里面加入少许糯米粉搅拌，然后揉成面团，最后又往另一个盘子里倒入豆沙馅，把它搓成一个个小圆球。一切准备妥当，就可以开始制作南瓜豆沙丸子了。

我好奇地问妈妈：“接下来该怎么做？”妈妈笑着回答：“你边看边学吧。”我点了点头，表示同意了。只见妈妈先拿出一些面团，用手按压成扁圆形，接着把豆沙小圆球放入中间，然台小心翼翼地从四周向中央握，把豆沙完全包了进去，搓成了一个圆球，最后用勺子边缘在圆球上划出一条条竖线，就像一个真南瓜一样。这样，一个南瓜丸子做好了。我按照妈妈的样子去试，做出了一个独一无二的皮卡丘。妈妈对我竖起了大拇指，我心里美滋滋的。

制作南瓜饼

今天早晨，我的脑海中忽然冒出了一个新奇的念头——自己亲手制作南瓜饼。

说干就干，我央求妈妈陪我去购买材料。我们去超市买来了面粉、老南瓜、发酵粉和白糖。

回到家，我积极地把老南瓜洗干净，妈妈帮我切成块放入高压锅煮。等老南瓜煮熟后，我取了大约200克南瓜放入碗中，再放入100克白糖，开始搅拌，一直到完全搅拌成南瓜泥。然后我再取来酵粉，将酵粉倒入大约35度的温水中，再搅拌，直到酵粉完全溶解。

接着我把溶解的酵粉倒入面粉中，然后开始揉面。我一边揉面，一边将所有搅拌后的南瓜泥又全部倒入面粉中。“哎呀！”我惊叫起来，水太多了，面团已经粘在我的手上，甩也甩不掉了，怎么办呀！？我坐在椅子上想了一会儿又站起来，拿起面粉不管三七二十一就倒进去。哎呀，这下面粉又太多了，面团没法揉成形了，怎么办呀！我静下心来，经过了前两次的失败经验，这次我可学聪明了。我拿来一小碗水，一点一点慢慢加入面粉中，加一点再揉，然后再加入了100克糖，直到揉成不粘手又成形的大面团。我再将面团放在那儿，让它醒十分钟，哈哈，这似乎很专业哦!十分钟后我开始动手做形状了。我做成了饺子状、馒头形、饼形，妈妈过来做了几只活灵活现的小乌龟，可爱极了！我们一边做，一边笑，享受着这美好的过程。

做完后，我们把南瓜饼放入微波炉，很快我们的南瓜饼出炉了，我兴奋的大叫：“快来吃南瓜饼了哦，快来哦！”爸爸、妈妈闻声赶来。妈妈说：“嗯，味道OK，非常不错，比外面买的更好吃！”爸爸大笑说：“哈哈，这南瓜饼的个头好大啊，怎么像是南瓜馒头啊，不过形状挺丰富多彩的，味道也还不错，第一次能做成这样真是非常难得了啊！”

放学后，我跟妈妈去繁荣商场买菜。看到那大大的南瓜，我不由得想起万圣节。我马上向妈妈提出要买个南瓜，做南瓜灯。

回到家后，我马上拿出中性笔，在南瓜上面画上了两个斜着的眼睛，还有一张拥有两颗大板牙的大大的嘴巴。哇，真可怕!爷爷看了我的杰作，说我画的眼睛特别特别的像嘴巴，那大的呀，真的好像能把天都吃下去呢!
