随着时代在不停的进步，一个时代有着一个时代的特点，每一个时代都有着所属于那个时代的择业观。最近有一个关于大学生最想成为的职业调查问卷的调查结果引起了我的注意，因为令我意想不到调查结果显示超过一半的95后最向往的职业竟然是主播和网红这两种职业，那么这当中是否也有你的一票呢？这让我对这种调查结果百思不得其解。在这个调查问卷之中，有许多大学生认为靠读书来改变自己人生的命运，需要寒窗苦读二十余载，读了二十余载还不一定能够成功的改变自己的命运。而当一个网红或主播似乎只需要对着屏幕唱唱歌聊聊天就可以了，并不需要其他什么东西，也更加不需要花费时间死啃书本的知识。面对着一种想法，这样令我更迷惑了，当一个网红或者主播真的只是这么的简单吗？网红和主播们真的就这么容易吗？那么答案究竟是什么呢？我认为：当一个网红或主播确实很简单，但当一个有流量的网红或主播却十分难。网红或主播有的确实很容易，但在抖音、快手的网红和主播成千上百万个，能被人熟知的网红或主播又有多少个呢？抖音、快手那么多的网红及主播，我为什么要来关注你呢？因此，做一名能养活自己的网红或主播真的是很不容易的。也许我们经常看到薇娅一分钟便卖掉了86万斤大米，李佳琦一秒钟就卖掉几百万元销售额的口红，董明珠也交出了从23万上升到11。1亿的战报。可是你并不知道他们在直播之前要做多久的准备，不知道一个人的后面有多少人在为他一个人的直播而忙前忙后，不知道他们在没有流量之时如何存活下去，不知道他们如何在上万个网红主播中脱颖而出才能走到今天的时刻。我们大多数人只是看到了他们成功而又光鲜亮丽的A面，却没有看到他们艰苦而又只能咬牙坚持下去的B面。你知道李佳琦为了给顾客试色，他亲自上阵，把柜台上样品口红一一涂给顾客看，为此他的嘴唇被涂到干裂，但他依然坚持着吗？你知道薇娅为了做好一场直播要进行几小时的筛选商品，有时候一天只有3个小时的睡眠时间吗？所以，薇娅，李佳琦的“红”并不是等来的，更不是凭空而来的，而是他们无数个日日夜夜的努力和坚持用汗水换来的，正因为他们的付出与坚持，直到今天他们才拥有这些成就。因此，当一个能养活自己的网红或者主播真的很不容易。而且我认为，青年们在择业之时不应该看得如此浅薄，应当把目光放得长远些。更加不要觉得其他职业很轻松，每一份职业都有它的不容易，选择了就应该坚持把它做好。

马克思曾经有说到：“在选择职业的时候，我们应当遵循的主要指针是人类的幸福和我们的自身的完美，人们只有为同时代的人完美，为他们的幸福而工作，才能使自己也过得完美。”因此当代青年的择业不仅仅是一个人的事，还与社会、国家息息相关，所以我们应当知道个人和社会的利益是统一的。国家的未来需要有志者，国家的每一个地方都需要有志者。在今年突然爆发的疫情之中，便有无数的最美疫情者。他们为了祖国和人民的安全，不计较自身的安危，勇于奔赴在抗疫的第一线。为此次抗击疫情贡献出一份属于自己的力量，不论强大还是微弱，聚集起来便是一团强而有力的希望之光，这不正是当代青年应有的觉悟和担当吗？这不正是响应了祖国哪里需要我我就到哪里去的标语吗？因此，我们要树立正确的择业观，在择业之时，心系国家之利益。毕竟个人利益和国家利益是相统一的，是不可分离的。
