我的特长是装饰。无论是废品还是饰品，我都能用它们装饰，而且保证装饰完美。

利用废品装饰，我是一流的。比如钉子、胶带、铁片和纸片等等，我都可以装饰的很好。钉子可以拼成蝴蝶结，然后把胶带剪开，贴在铁钉蝴蝶结的上面，铁片贴在床头上，可以让床上多一片色彩。

装饰品我更有花样。比如贴纸、灯笼等等，我能装扮得五彩缤纷。喜庆的节日，用红蝴蝶结、灯笼和红纸条比较合适。要是装扮房间，就用布条和一些画装饰比较好。

“消失的是特长生招生，不是特长生培养。未来，特长生的培养要放到更大的平台、更大的舞台上去培养。”北京市教委相关负责人曾经这样对中国青年报·中青在线记者说。

这两年无论是教育部还是北京市都三番五次地提出，要在升学过程，特别是小升初的过程中缩小特长生的比例。而春节之前北京市海淀区在公布本年教育工作重点时特别指出，今年不仅将在小升初中进一步缩小特长生的比例，还将在明年取消特长生的招生。

这样的消息一经发出一下子让很多孩子的家长乱了阵脚。

“要不要学特长”“学什么特长”“要不要成为特长生”一直是中小学生家长纠结的问题。因为，特长早已不仅关乎一个孩子的兴趣和爱好，它更是一条升学捷径。

最近，记者了解到一个已经拥有了多支横笛的六年级孩子又开始四处寻找架子鼓的老师，“如果我们想上的那个学校招收横笛特么的名额有限，或者到时候根本不招吹横笛的学生，我们还可以去竞争打击乐，而且打击乐只要学了一个，其他打击乐也都能行。”这位学横笛学生的家长说。

其实，所有特长生的家长都对政策的变化非常敏感，但是很多家长仍然抱着试试看的心态观望着，“先准备着吧，到自己孩子升学的时候万一这条路还通呢!”

“当特长与入学挂钩时，特长就变成了考试科目。”北京市教委相关负责人对中国青年报·中青在线记者说。

这时候，学什么特长其实已经跟孩子的兴趣没有太大关系了，“什么更容易被录取就学什么。”成为被功利思想牵引而出的最现实的选择。

学校也在这件事上起着推波助澜的作用。因为特长生的培养是以学校为单位，学校的艺术团之间有着明里暗里的各种竞争，这时候特长生又成了给学校争荣誉的工具。

“真正的艺术素养教育应该是从零开始的。”北京市教委相关负责人说。

学校要在面对全体学生的艺术教育中培养和激发学生对艺术的兴趣，同时让学生的艺术素养得到切实的提高。

一位一直被多个小学聘为管乐教练的李老师说，不少学校为了自己的乐队发展有时候忽视了孩子学习艺术的规律，为了艺术比赛加大乐曲的难度、忽略学生的艺术素养学习，“有时候我发现孩子基本功上存在问题，但是完全没有时间纠正。”他指出，这种学乐器的方式其实跟孩子学奥数刷题是一样的，不利于孩子的长远发展，而且有时候孩子的一些吹奏习惯形成了，再改就难了。

有媒体报道，海淀区教委在解释该区“十三五”时期教育改革与发展规划时指出，即使取消“小升初”特长生招生，该区还会通过学区、教育集团的统筹作用来加强对特长生的培养，为学生个性发展提供平台和支撑。也就是对于那些真正热爱艺术的学生来说，他们照样可以进入高水平的艺术团体，只是这些团体不再属于某一个学校。

“这种做法可能对于部分孩子来说吃点亏，但其实是让艺术教育回到应有的道路上。”李老师说，长远来说，对那些真正在艺术上有特长的孩子来说是有利的。

可能当那些学有特长的孩子不再为了升学去苦练琴艺、舞艺、画艺的时候，这些孩子才能真正享受艺术、精进技艺，艺术教育才能摆脱功利的外衣。
