绝大部分人在求职过程中，都会经历面试环节。然而你有没有想过，在不断被面试官观察、询问、剖析、评价的过程中，求职者也可借机识别企业。

每个人或多或少都会有些求职经历。求职者要为接踵而来的笔试、面试和层层复试做各种准备。看起来，求职者处于被动状态，不断地被面试官观察、询问、剖析、评价，其实换个角度看，这个过程也是求职者“面试”企业的绝佳机会。

企业一次次面试应聘者，以期通过应聘者越来越难以事先准备的反应，考察其真实水平。

但是，绝大多数面试官不可能像应聘者一样，做好被“考问”的准备。在这种情况下，应聘人员出其不意地使用一两招“进可攻，退可守”的招数，或许可以起到意想不到的效果，抢先一步把企业的家底实实在在地考察一把。

“莎丽”号的故事

这儿先说个小故事。

识别“守寡式职位”

如果你不幸“撞”上了“守寡式职位”，我的建议是，除非你特别有能耐、有信心，否则还是保守一些较为妥当。那么，怎么来识别“守寡式职位呢”？

一般来说，在面试接近尾声时，面试官出于礼貌或者习惯，往往会询问应聘者是否还有其他问题需要面试官作答。应聘人员千万要把握住这个机会，问1-2个问题，一来让面试官体会到你在来之前做足了功课，反映出你对此次应聘的重视；二来可趁此机会进一步了解所应聘企业、岗位的具体信息。如果没有特别想询问的，我的建议是，你可以问“贵公司为什么会公开招聘某某岗位”——这个问题对识别该岗位是否为“守寡式职位”非常关键。

对企业而言，有些招聘是出于成长的需要，有些是业务扩张的［文章来源于 ］需要，但有些，表面上是由于企业始终没有找到合适的人选，抱着宁缺勿滥的宗旨一次又一次虚席以待，实质上却是由于岗位设置本身有严重缺陷而导致频繁换人。这就是职场“守寡式岗位”的典型表现。

所以，如果主考官回答这一问题时闪烁其词，或者你从考官的嘴中知道有好几个前任，那么也许你所应聘的职位存在着明显的“模糊地带”，你该慎重了。

识别企业文化

企业文化对个人发展极为重要。一个聪明的求职者，不难在面试过程中过滤出一些关于企业文化的信息，从而判断出企业的环境是否公平，也可以判断出如果就职该企业，上升通道中是否有限制因素。

有时面试官会问应聘者一些健康、婚姻、孩子、家庭等个人生活细节方面的问题。这样的问题往往能暴露出企业的某些倾向，其中有些可能是歧视的。对这样的企业，求职者在做出就职决定前，应该慎之又慎。

当然，有些企业的面试官在问这些问题时，主观上并不希望带上“歧视”烙印，可客观效果却事与愿违。这只能说明一点，就是该企业在对应聘人员进行面试前，没有精心设计和规划面试的架构，面试过于随意，从而导致“失误”。这样的企业，其文化也是不完美的，因为作为企业人力资源配置的重要决策人员，在处理人的问题上过于随意，对个人来说，对职业发展也非常不利。

总之，面试过程可以成为应聘人员和用人单位相互摸底的环节。对企业来讲，通过面试可以鉴别并且留住心仪的人才；对应聘人员来说，也可以减少许多不确定因素，让自己最终抉择的稳定系数和安全指数大大提高，这样更有利于保持个人职业发展的连贯性。
