2016学期校本研修工作总结

本学期，我校校本教研工作依据教育局、中心校的工作意见，以全面实施素质教育为目标、以推进课堂改革为重点，从我校实际出发，坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线，发扬务实求真、开拓创新的工作作风，努力提高我校校本教研工作的实效，为提高教育、教学质量做出贡献。

一、转变观念，增强教研意识

开展校本教研是推进课改，加快教育教学创新的客观要求，是学校创建教育特色，提高办学水平、提高学校品位的重要举措，是提高教师素质，发展自我、完善自我的重要途径。我校全体教师能充分意识到开展校本教研是促进学校可持续发展的内趋力，学校只有以教研为先导，才能使学校的教育、教学工作顺应改革的潮流，不断向前推进。我校教师都能树立教研意识，积极参与教研活动。

二、整体布局，形成规模

我校做教研工作依据我校的实际情况，按照轻重缓急，难易程度，明确主攻方向，全校整体布局，统一规划。形成四大板块：小学高年级组、小学中年级组、小学低年级组、英语教研组。四大板块既有统一教研活动，又有单独活动，教研分散与统一相结合的方式组成。

三、建章立制，形成长效管理机制

为引导教师进入教研的状态，确保学校进入全面实施素质教育状态，使我校的教研工作进一步规范化、制度化，保证在提高教育教学质量的前提下，开展好教研工作。本学期我校制订了教研制度，并在实践中不断完善、修订，使之逐步成为我校教研工作的长效管理机制。本制度明确了领导小组评价小组的职能，规定了教研管理办法，强化了教研过程管理的机制，制订教研奖惩条例，使我校的教研工作步入健康发展的轨道。

四、研究新课标、新教材，优化课程实施

通过比较，研究新老教材的变化，正确处理继承与创新的关系。让全体教师以新的教学理念来指导教学，积极开展实践，探索体现新课程理念的教法和学法。一至四年级教师以用好上好新教材，让学生感到学习是有趣的、快乐的，真切地感到生活中处处有数学为重点。其余年级老师也要在新理念的指导下创造性地使用教材。以发展为根本，关注落实过程性目标;以生活为依托，着力构建鲜活性的课堂;以解决问题为主线，建立探究性学习方式，着力培养学生的基础性学习能力。

五、构建平台，积极开展信息技术培训活动

随着教育改革形势的飞速发展，以及信息技术作为教育改革和发展的有力手段，在教育教学工作中的地位和作用显得越来越重要。三月份五月份开展了信息技术培训活动，采用集中培训和自学相结合的形式，做到一抓普及层，面向全体教师;二抓提高层，信息技术骨干教师。六月末开展了自制课件评比活动，评出一等奖一件、二等奖二件、三等奖三件、鼓励奖三件。通过评比活动，促进了广大教师学信息技术，用信息技术的作用，从而最大限度地发挥了多媒体教学功能，使信息技术与各学科课程能够有机整合。同时，也激活了学生的课堂参与意识，求知欲、好奇心，达到提高教学质量的目的。

六、抓好常规，使教研活动正常化

为使广大教师能保持积极的情绪状态，各组长能按计划组织各组成员进行学习、研讨、听课、交流、反思。教研活动日趋正常化，营造了良好的教研氛围。十一月份开展了新师汇报课活动。

由于我校基础较薄弱，教师年龄结构偏高，教研工作不可能一蹴而就，但是，我校的教研工作的前景是美好的，它将给我校的教育教学工作注入新活力和生机。今后我校将脚踏实地，步步为营，将教研工作再创新局面。
