总共写十七个句子.

第一段四个句子,第一句宏观描述图画,并谈图画看似可笑但发人深思.第二句写出图画最强烈的视觉效果,第三句是主题句,谈用二十个单词的爆发力句型谈该现象对个人的发展和进步有破坏性,并引发思考,第四句是用贬义词批判这个现象是强烈的指责。

第二段七个句子,首先第一句从宏观上谈这种现象的总的有两到三个点危害或者原因,第二句谈这个现象的第一个危害,用 “not only, but also”的五星级句子,通常是谈对个人身心健康的危害性, 第三个句子谈第二个危害,通常是用一个豪华级的比较级的句子,让老师耳目一新,通常是谈这个现象对社会的危害.第四个句子谈对家庭或学校的危害.第五个句子谈一个代替 “for example”的十五个单词的好句子,意思是说没有更好的例子来证明正如下文.第六个句子是例子群体的出现,谈根据一项调查表明,80%以上的人只要从事经历过这个消极的现象一定会对个人在精神和生活上有危害.最后一句话是预测趋势的二十五个单词的钻石级的句子,谈以下预测趋势,表明这种现象再这样下去,就会导致恶劣的结果出现,甚至是毁灭性的后果。

第三段六个句子, 第一个句子是下个结论,谈解决问题的必要性.第二个句子是第一个建议谈的是加强立法惩治这个现象,第三个句子谈提高人们的觉悟关于着这个现象能提高人们对这个现象的觉悟.第四个句子谈个谚语,谈一下实践我的建议的重要性.五个句子谈解决的任重道远.第六个句子是解决问题之后的美好的未来。

第一段

今年，县就业创业工作突出关注民生，服务群众，以“助企业、稳岗位、促就业”为主题，进一步加大政策落实力度，努力增加就业岗位，紧紧围绕上级下达的各项工作目标任务，开拓创新、突出重点、真抓实干，扎实做好各项工作。

一、工作开展情况

（一）落实积极的就业政策，强化促进就业再就业职责。

1、就业局积极实施就业再就业

政策。通过稳定就业岗位、充分吸纳就业、促进劳动者自主创业、加强职业技能培训、完善就业困难人员就业援助机制等政策，充分发挥促进就业的政策效应。多渠道为用人单位和求职者搭建双向选择平台。今年，就业局举办专场招聘会1场，共组织10余个用人单位进场招聘，提供普工、业务员、行政文员、材料员、汽车驾驶员、营销员等10多个工种等120多个就业岗位，各企业现场与求职者进行面谈，目前，实现城镇新增就业3200人，完成全年目标任务2275人的140.65%，下岗失业人员再就业720人，完成年目标任务560人的128.57%，其中就业困难人员再就业145人，完成年目标任务140人的103.57%；农村劳动力转移就业5051人，完成年目标任务3700人的136.51%；开展农村劳动力技能培训450人,完成年度目标任务300人的150%；开展企业在岗职工培训160人，完成年度目标任务150人的106%；开展高校毕业生创业培训60人，完成年度目标任务50人的120%；开展城乡各类劳动者创业培训180人，完成年度目标任务100人的180%；开展农村适用人才培训60人，完成年度目标任务60人的100%；开展创业培训完成240人，完成年创业培训目标任务150人的160.0%；城镇登记失业率控制在3.15%。

2、开发公益性岗位，完善公益性岗位动态化管理。我们结合公益性岗位实际问题，完善考勤制度，健全公益性岗位签到制度，每月定期收查公益性岗位签到册。同时应上级部门要求，建立统一的公益性岗位人员台帐，使公益性岗位管理工作有序开展。目前安排公益性岗位589人，为公益性岗位人员支付岗位补贴328.88万元,为262位公益性岗位人员支付社保补贴（含：养老、医疗、失业）共84.58万元。

3、积极鼓励和引导高校毕业生就业，全面提升高校毕业生就业能力。为进一步加强我县大中专毕业生就业工作，我们采取多渠道安置就业的方式，加大对大中专毕业生就业优惠政策的深入宣传，对企业招用符合条件的高校毕业生给予相关扶持政策，积极引导和扶持大中专院校毕业生自主创业、自谋职业。

（二）扎实开展职业技能培训，劳动力素质得到提升。

我们坚持以市场就业为导向，强化培训力度，合理制定详细的培训计划，有针对性地开展培训工作，我们通过加强培训宣传力度，增加技能培训项目，严格把好培训质量关，培训和再就业相结合等一系列措施，使我县再就业培训工作得到实质性进展。目前共举办就业技能培训班6期，培训340人，创业培训8期240人。

（三）落实灵活就业补贴，稳定就业。

为了认真做好“4045”灵活就业人员社会保险补贴工作，就业局坚持“全面、及时、准确、到位”的原则，使得这一民心工程能够顺利完成。目前共有55名灵活就业人员享受灵活就业社保补贴14.97万余元。

（四）抓好政策落实工作。一是认真做好《就业失业登记证》的发放工作，严格实行审核发放程序；今年共发《就业失业登记证》334人。二是为初期创业者办理小额贴息贷款612笔，发放贷款金额4758.6万元。

二、存在的问题及原因

（一）就业供求矛盾和结构性矛盾突出。当前，城镇失业、农村劳动力转移就业、隐性就业、隐性失业五大现象同时存在，农村劳动力转移就业任务加重。

（二）大中专毕业生数量增加，就业压力增大

随着大中专院校不断扩招，大中专毕业生数量剧增，就业压力不断增大，加上刚出校门的毕业生，对社会认知尚浅，就业观念停留在跻身公务员和待遇较高的垄断行业，而受机构编制政策限制，无法增编，大中专毕业生无编进不来，垄断行业等高薪行业劳动力需求有限，致使部分大中专毕业生待业。长此以往，将造成人才的大量缺乏和流失，影响县的长远发展。

(三)困难群体就业途径单一

就业困难人员主要通过政府出资购买公益性岗位安置就业，虽实现了他们的劳动价值，但也增大了财政开支，光靠公益性岗位安置，就业途径较为单一，不利于困难群体持续就业和经济发展。

三、工作重点及工作思路。

（一）加强对就业再就业优惠政策的宣传普及，宣传促进就业的法律法规，宣传劳动者自主择业、市场调节就业和政府促进就业的方针，宣传对劳动者提供就业服务、职业培训和对就业困难群体实行就业援助的具体措施，营造就业、创业的良好氛围。

（二）切实加大培训力度，提高劳动者技能。大力发展职业技术教育，整合和利用好现有培训资源，鼓励职校和各类培训机构不断改善培训条件，按照市场需求确定办学专业和设置课程，切实提高培训实效，提高劳动者的就业能力。

（三）认真落实各项政策法规，大力支持大学毕业生、返乡农民工自主创业，积极开发公益性岗位，优先安置就业困难人员再就业，确保“零就业家庭”实现再就业。积极履行政府职能，创造公平就业环境，依法维护妇女、残疾人和农村劳动者公平

就业。

（四）加强组织领导，进一步加大就业工作实施力度。要从贯彻落实科学发展观，维护社会稳定，保持经济平稳较快发展的高度，充分认识促进就业的重要意义，构建就业工作长效机制，积极加强与各有关部门的协调配合，加大就业政策落实力度，发挥再就业资金使用效益，形成全社会关注就业、支持就业、促进就业的良好氛围。

If they don’t want to cook a lot of different dishes, it’s common now to eat out at restaurants several times a week.

Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.
