大一开学，第一节英语课的时候，一个男声被点名站起来背《咏鹅》，班里顿时哄堂大笑，我莫名其妙的被同行的小姑娘从甜美的梦乡里叫醒。

“斐斐，快看，是个难得的帅哥！”通行的小姑娘拍打着我的手臂。

我，就这样，被迫抬起头，看了那个小姑娘觉得是‘难得’的帅哥一眼。

先说一下吧，我前几任男朋友对我都是日久生情，我嘛~哈哈，应该除了初恋之后再也没有动过心吧！但和他们谈恋爱可能是因为颜值吧！在这个颜值即正义的年代里，就问：谁不喜欢帅哥？

毫无例外的，我对这个‘难得’的帅哥‘一见钟情’了，我心里清楚的很，也不过是对他的颜值动心了罢了，我主动加了他的微信号。

从此，便一发不可收拾了。

刚刚加上他的那天晚上，我紧张了很长时间，可能是过于紧张了物极必反，然后我就睡着了。

第二天一早起来赶紧看手机，微信有无数条未读消息，我期待着从中能找到一条是他发的，功夫不负有心人，我找到了。

“早。”一个‘早’字，就足够让我心生涟漪了，看着他发的消息已经是十一分钟前了，我赶紧立刻马上回复他‘早早早’，我知道这样会显得我特别不矜持，但是无伤大雅，一切不过是‘我愿意’罢了。

我承认，我就是大多数人眼中的那种肤浅的女生，我觉得一个男生长得好看的时候就会不自觉地想要接触他，但是我想说男生不也是这样吗？看见那些好看的女生不也是想要多看几眼吗？当然了，这不能同日而语。

或许，我又跑题了，那接下来我们回归正题。

一见钟情是始于颜值的，因为那个男生的帅气所以我对他对我爱答不理的态度总是有无穷的借口，他回复晚了我会觉得他可能在忙别的事，他和别的女生说话虽然心里吃味的紧但是还是告诉自己这是正常的社交。网络上流行了一段时间的一个词‘舔狗’用在我身上大概也没什么相违背的。

我经常想要主动和这个帅气的男生聊天，可是事实证明他的世界不止我一个，而我也不是真的想要和他有多么深入的交流，然而每次看见他那张脸我还是欢喜的不得了，毕竟人们可能对于美好的东西都是喜欢的，尤其是我，这样的一个‘外貌协会资深会员’。

一个多月过去了，我和这个男生的交流也仅仅是停留在了‘吃饭了么’‘吃的什么’‘晚安’‘早安’‘今天天气真好’等等。有的时候在屏幕面前犹豫了很长时间，打出来的字不断的删除不断的修改在将要发出去的时候却看见他的微信名称变成了正在输入中，我不得不删掉我所有想发的等着他的消息，结果最后没有结果。

想到这里啊，我自己都想笑了。过去的这一个多月在我的脑海中如放电影一般慢放着，我看着自己那如小丑一般的行为，不禁想要质问自己——‘做自己不好吗？’‘一个人不好吗？’我这种见到帅哥就挪不开眼的‘小丑行为’着实让真正的自我唾弃现在的我。

直到今天写下这篇文章我才看清，我才明白——一见钟情是始于颜值这没错，可是自己也有资格选择不动心，只要自己的心已经足够坚硬了，或者说我们已经有更重要的是等待我们去完成了。

利落的马尾辫，白净的鹅蛋脸，说起话来轻声细语，这个来自文澜中学，看起来性格内向的杭州市中考状元吴思齐却是个“调皮”爱动的运动健将。

日前，正值文澜中学初三毕业生举行毕业典礼，见到了2017年的杭州市中考状元吴思齐，感受到了这位运动美少女满满的正能量。

“学霸”标签：“贪玩”的运动健将

别看吴思齐身材瘦小，玩起体育运动，参加体育锻炼时可是毫不含糊。文澜中学体育老师叶姮慧告诉，每天学校进行早锻炼晨跑时，吴思齐都跑在第一方阵，而且在每天下午4点体育锻炼课上，吴思齐从来不会在羽毛球场缺席。

“学习之余参加体育锻炼是转换脑力劳动的方式，把注意力放在不同的事上确实能够提高学习效率。”一天下来，吴思齐的运动计划也排得满满当当，吴思齐说：“其实我从小就很好动贪玩，属于调皮的类型，喜欢各种运动，只有力量类的除外。比如跑步、轮滑、滑板、溜冰等等，有一阵子还喜欢玩单杠和双杠。”

在吴思齐看来跑步不仅仅是锻炼身体，更是对她意志品质地磨炼：“备考时的学习压力很大，坚持晨跑就是为了锻炼自己的意志在最后拼搏冲刺的时候不让自己垮下来。”有时候遇到难题解不开时，她也会自己去操场跑跑步，出一身汗反而有了解题新思路。

“学霸”标配：动静结合提高学习效率

“玩归玩，该读书写作业的时候，还是静得下来的。”按班主任劳佳瑜的话说，这个小姑娘的专注力很强，只要是自己决定做的事，就会一门心思完成，而且十分仔细，努力做到最好。这是她能拿下超高分的一个重要原因。劳老师分析说，学生该动的时候动，有利于好奇心的培养，能充分探索世界；该静的时候静，则能集中注意力提高学习效率。

巧的是，六年前的杭州中考状元徐恩迪也出自文澜中学，班主任同样是劳佳瑜。说起徐恩迪，劳佳瑜印象还很深：“还记得当时学校举行投篮大赛，徐恩迪可是当时的大满贯选手，虽然是个女孩子但是却很喜欢参加体育活动，和吴思齐一样也特别‘闲不住’。”

作为“状元”班主任，劳佳瑜觉得现在的学生并不仅仅是学习成绩好就是好学生，她说：“我们一直坚持培养德才兼备的学生，一个好学生不仅仅是用成绩来衡量的，更多的是综合素质的体现。”因此，在准备班会课的内容时，劳佳瑜总是会用一些正能量的体育明星的例子来激励学生。尤其是里约奥运会结束之后，中国代表团取得了骄人的成绩，她告诉学生别看运动员站上领奖台是光鲜亮丽的一面，背后付出汗水都是大家看不到的。在劳佳瑜看来，学习的基础是体魄，而奥林匹克精神所诠释的顽强拼搏正好可以用来鼓励学生，她也经常以此来激励学生坚持体育锻炼。

“学霸”成长：从小养成良好的锻炼习惯

吴思齐身上动静相宜的个性，也离不开父母的引导。平时休息放假的时候她爸爸妈妈就会带她出去爬山，骑车。

在吴思齐家里还有一台跑步机，要是遇上下雨天或是她不想出去散步的时候父母都会让她在跑步机上放松运动。

吴思齐妈妈说：“我和她爸爸都不怎么管，完全是放养，主要还是靠她自觉。小时候报的培训班多半是艺术、体育类的。孩子有健康的体魄是最重要的，这不仅需要家长在衣食住行上给孩子创造条件，更要她养成良好的锻炼习惯，因为身体是革命的本钱。”

吴思齐从小好动爱玩，看到什么好玩的不好玩的都想试试，妈妈常常都由着她调皮，前提是做好保护措施。“玩是孩子探索世界的一种方式，是可能有危险，但不能因为可能有危险，就让孩子放弃尝试的机会。”
