宅在家里，是我们保护自己的最好方式。但绝不能让“宅”成为我“无聊”、“虚度”的借口。首先丰富我的是每天的新闻和各大媒体网站报道的疫情情况。这些消息，让我看到全国上下，齐心协力抗击“疫情”，感动之余，也给了心理很多“宅”在家的力量——多多做些家务，减轻父母的负担;安排好自己的学习，而不被其他同学落下;做好防疫，勤洗手、多消毒，出门必须戴口罩……做好自己能在家做的一切，才能一步步的让病毒离我们的生活越来越远。

宅在家里，让我学会了一项新的技能——制作一瓶简单的消毒液。在家中准备好水、医用酒精、精油和一个干净的喷壶就可以了。往喷壶里面倒入半杯量医用酒精，再加入半杯水。滴入滴精油，精油有非常好的消毒作用。把溶液摇匀就能当做消毒喷雾使用，喷在桌面、台面、门把手等需要消毒的地方，再用抹布擦干净。在各种物资紧张的时候，自己动手节约资源，也算是给“防疫”贡献了!用自己“调配”的消毒液在家里喷洒，保持家里的环境卫生，让我和家人都远离病毒，我们可以安心的宅在家里度过这一段非常时期。

“宅”并不能阻碍我们，我们做好了自己的事情，学习一些新技能，也是一种“防疫贡献”。“宅”也让我有了一段充实的生活。
