被吼的那位校友说了，赶时间的时候说话都是比较急的，所以这位校友说话可能在现场比较急，让志愿者误以为吼他们志愿者人员了，所以质问了这位校友：吼他们工作人员干嘛，然后双方吵了起来。我看许多校友评论，都是一边倒的在怼这位校友，说什么都是第一次出来做人，都是家里的宝贝，凭什么让着你之类的话。我觉得大家应该分清主次，理清事情的因果关系。我问大家，假如你赶时间，你会闲着无聊吼志愿者？这位校友在无心与志愿者人员起冲突的情况下，只是感觉自己说话的语气比较急了些，却这样被志愿者人员质问，换你你心里不会委屈吗？而且这位校友把自己想说的话发给墙墙，在我看来，一是发泄心中的情绪，二是让那些非志愿者校友避免再遇到这种被质问的情况。却被一些人的评论上升到了人品高低的行为。而且这位校友发给墙墙的那些话，你们仔细阅读，这位校友已经很明显的表明自己是无心与志愿者人员起冲突的，只是希望志愿者态度好一点。我问各位校友，这位校园在他的文章中说的“志愿者应该耐心一点，不要问为什么有耐心。”因为你是志愿者有什么不对吗？我是学生会成员，我也做过志愿者，我觉得按照他的角度来说，他说的话起码的中肯的。当然，这位校友做的不对的地方也有。

一是这位校友，就算你再赶时间你也应该排队签退，那么多人，大家都赶时间呢；二是你肯定非志愿者成员和非学生会成员，因为你理解不了志愿者成员和学生会成员的艰辛。这两个组织部门都是为学校各位校友服务，你赶时间说话急，又翻来覆去找名单，让人家怎么工作？当然了，我知道不止你一个人在找签退名单，但是你发出来那篇文章，你就要为找签退名单而没有让志愿者为更多同学合理签退而背锅；三是虽然你发文章给墙墙想表达自己的情绪但却丝毫解决不了问题。事后你可以找一些方法来处理此次签退弊端：1、找志愿者协会会长交谈签退弊端和你的无心之举。2、去你们院长办公室喝茶讲述此次经过。我相信志愿者协会会长和校领导会让我们同学有一个好的学习氛围而处理好这件事情的。

当然了，那位志愿者成员也有不对的地方。你应该要有耐心的和那位校友交谈而不是直接说：“你吼他们工作人员干嘛”志愿者是服务广大校友的，大家都很尊重志愿者。但不是像你这样解决不了问题而和你服务对象争吵的，你有很多合理的方法避免此次争吵，但你们却没有做好导致双方争吵。
