关于我们的情绪的变化总是有很多的说法，那么到底哪些是事实，哪些只是传说呢?

第一，音乐一定能改善我们的情绪，不正确。并不否认音乐确实可以改善我们的情绪，但这要取决于我们听的是什么音乐。根据一项研究表明，很多人在听欢快的音乐时，情绪会好转，在听一些乐器方面的音乐时情绪没有什么变化，而当听到悲伤的音乐是情绪会变得非常糟糕。所以音乐并不是都能改善我们的情绪的。

第二，和陌生人交流能改善我们的情绪，正确。当我们不开心的时候，即便和陌生人简短的交流几句也能改善我们的情绪，因为往往陌生人对我们现在的遭遇是不熟悉的，然后我们又倾向于给陌生人留下积极的印象，并乐于表现出活力和热情。自然而然，这样就会让自己产生良好的情绪。

第三，心情好的时候更容易相信别人，正确。澳大利亚研究人员研究不同情绪如何影响人的怀疑与信任倾向时发现，在心情好的时候，人们比较容易信任别人，而不好的时候更容易持怀疑的态度，如果被欺骗的心情不好的人更容易发生这点，而心情好的人，则容易上当，因为当我们心情好的时候我们都会把这个世界想象得很美好，就会轻易的去相信别人。反之，情绪差的时候就比较悲观。

第四，情绪会感染，正确。我们身边的一切都可以发现，当你身边的朋友开心的时候你也会感到特别的高兴，而当他们不开心的时候我们自然也会受到这种因素的影响，从而自己的情绪，也不会很好。所以我们的情绪也与我们身边的人有所关联。

第五，年纪越大其实就越坏，不正确。其实随着年龄的增长，一般的都是越来越乐观。因为当我们意识到自己生命所剩无几的时候，就会潜意识地专注于积极的想法，把一切都想的很开。只想让自己剩下的日子都过的开心，所以年纪越大，情绪会越好。

第六，锻炼会使我们去是变好，正确。运动有助于大脑中建立新的神经元，促进血液流向脑部，提高大脑中负责情绪调节的化学物质水平。所以通过运动锻炼能使我们的情绪变得好，心里感到更愉快。

第七，天气会影响情绪，正确。这是一个普遍想象，通常我们在阳光灿烂的都时候，都会感到心情愉悦。而在一个阴雨天气中，我们总会感到沉闷。所以我们的情绪受天气的影响是非常显著的。

我们情绪变化受太多情绪的变化，如果心情不好的时候可以参考一下以上方法，对改善情绪能起到一定的作用。
