伊明是一位六年级的学生，他不会游泳。一天，他去公园玩。

当伊明醒来时，发现是他伙伴救了他。从此伊明下定决心，一定要学好游泳。只有会游泳，身体壮，才能就人。

我和妈妈换好泳衣，走到游泳池边，扶着旁边的把手下了水。我下水之后，一下子身上全长了鸡皮疙瘩，身上觉得很冷，妈妈就说：“把身体沉到水里，用手搓手臂，过一会儿就暖了。”我照妈妈说的话做了一会儿，果然身体暖了。
