“沙二画了一幅自画像，但总担心自己画的不像，便问甲、乙、丙，结果他们三个分别回答方巾、衣服、胡子画得最像，他这才得意的向他妻子说：“大家都说很像！”，但他妻子笑他：“自己画自己，像不像还要别人评判吗？”。

我们有时就像这沙二，总是做什么都要问问别人怎么看，总是想着别人对自己有什么评价。有时候评价好，自然是放心，有时候评价不好，心里便觉得疙瘩，至于自己对自己评价如何，那倒没怎么想过。总之，自己怎样评价自己那是次要，别人的评价才是主要。

但我们都知道，要客观地评价一个人，自然要全面的了解一个人，且越全面越好，试问这世界上谁最了解你自己，答案当然就是你自己。别人对你再怎么了解，那也只是通过你的表面和所作所为知道的，至于你的内心深处，除了你知道，还有谁呢？所以，你是对你自己最有评价权的人之一，别人的评价对你有影响，但不会决定你的一切。

沙二这会儿也觉得自己画得挺像，倘若他自己觉得画得不像，假如事实上他画得真不像，那甲、乙、丙要么是阿谀奉承，要么是纯粹逗沙二开心，那他们的评价又有何用。在历史和现实生活中，这样的事情也不在少数。古代大臣为讨君王开心，百般歌颂君王，试问他们这样的评价有用吗，如果君王沉溺于这种好不客观的评价，而不冷静自省，那就变成了昏庸之君。所以，有时别人对你的评价可能出于嫉妒，可能出于讨好……你若只在意这些不客观的评价，而忽视了你自己的评价，这对你有什么帮助呢？

当然，话说到这，我们也决不能就认为别人的评价是没有用的，从而只顾自己的评价，这显然是错误的。就算自己对自己的评价足够客观，但仍不能完全摆脱掉主观因素的影响，况且有些方面我们会忽视，此时别人客观的评价对我们就有不小的启示作用。如果我们一味的坚持自己的对自己的评价，到头来很可能就会有自欺欺人的情况，就像安徒生笔下的皇帝，只认自己穿了衣服，纵然有小孩一语道破，但仍光着身子大摇大摆地走着，让全城人笑话。

总之，别人的评价固然重要，但自我评价更重要，如果自己对自己都评价不了，那别人的评价又有何用呢？
