尊敬的家长们：

你们好！

我是六（1）班的班长李大可，今天我很荣幸代表全班同学在家长会上发言。我将把班级的现状向你们做一次汇报。

首先，我想说的是，我们班最近在上课纪律上十分松懈。语文和数学两门课还过得去，其他的课简直是吵得没法上了，直接影响上课质量。班主任也已采取了多方面措施，如写反思、抄课文等，但这种“吵闹课堂”仍然是屡见不鲜。不过我相信，这种现象是暂时的，毕竟大多数同学们是想上课的，只是管不住自己的嘴。

另外一个值得你们引起重视的问题就是打架。这个学期的打架事件是屡屡发生，估计比上个学期增长了50%以上。上个学期的打架事件主要都是一对一的单挑，而这个学期有了围攻、连攻、夹击等打架方式。参与过打架的人数是越来越多，仿佛打架成为了一种新的时尚。并且这个学期打架的情节异常严重，个个打完架后都是血流满面，遍体鳞伤，有的下身还遭遇攻击。班主任也曾多次教育我们，但还需要家长们加以配合，在家进行进一步教育，不让这种打架风气进一步蔓延。

我们的电脑课倒上的很“认真”。同学们都紧盯着屏幕，干吗呐？在“认真”地玩游戏。不但在电脑课在玩，有些同学还花很多钱去买游戏攻略。甚至还有些同学放学后结伙上网吧玩游戏，影响了学习。对于这方面，希望各家长严加控制同学们的上网时间，不要让同学们沉醉于此，要让同学们多上网看资料。

当然，我还要向部份家长提些小意见。我们班有很多同学不仅抄作业，而且考试作弊。我曾问一个同学：“为何要抄作业、抄考卷？”那个同学无奈地说：“作业如果不做好，考试如果没好成绩，不被老爸老妈打死！”因此，各家长的“严厉管教”是促成问题的关键。我想请各家长放下手中的棍棒，如果棍棒底下都能出孝子的话，你们不成了教育专家。请家长们设身处地为我们想一想，多和孩子们谈心，不要让我们觉得回家像是去刑场。至于提高成绩，得一点一滴地来，这还需家长们多加努力。

作为六（1）班班长，我代表全班做一个请求：恳请家长多和子女沟通一下，多关心子女，做孩子们的朋友。同时，我也期盼着以上问题能够在老师与家长们的合作下彻底解决。谢谢大家！

8点多了，门外响起了熟悉的脚步声。糟糕，妈妈回来了。我想：我是藏在衣柜里好呢？还是藏在厕所里好呢？妈妈开门了，我的心里像揣着一只小兔子一样怦怦地跳。

终于，妈妈推门而入，我觉得好像世界上所有的事物都在这一瞬间凝结了，我会不会被妈妈骂得狗血淋头呀？

妈妈走进了卫生间洗手，我小心翼翼地看妈妈是不是生气了。妈妈洗完手，心平气和地对我说：“赵璇，老师说你表现得还不错，以后要积极举手，大胆发言。除此以外，就没有什么大问题了。”然后妈妈又把老师让我们以后注意的事耐心给我讲了一遍。

这个“恐怖”的家长会就这么过去了。我想：我以后一定要好好表现呀，那样我就不会再这么害怕了。

这次家长会上，学校首先组织家长观看了学校制作的关于读书有益孩子成长的专题片，然后是包括我在内的7名同学组织的班会《大手牵小手》，向家长们汇报本学期开学以来班级同学开展的各项活动情况，接着是各科老师向家长介绍同学们开学以来的学习等情况。英语老师Miss王向家长汇报了英语学习进度和同学们的学习。听了老师的介绍，我觉得学好英语，要多读、多听、多练。语文魏老师总结班级情况，表扬了学习好、守纪律、爱劳动、进步快的同学。魏老师还指出了班上出现的小孩成长的一些问题，如我班女生看爱情小说、男生上网吧和看黄色书刊等不利于身心健康的问题。在这个问题上，我觉得家里有电脑为什么要上网吧呢?无非是想要进入一些不良网站，而且有些网吧会使你进得去，“出”不来，所以一定不能去。老师希望家长一起共同把孩子教育好。

数学毕老师把开学以来数学三个单元考试的成绩公布，看了成绩表不免让人有些心寒：除了第一单元考试我们班在年级内是名列前茅，另外两个单元考试排在全年级倒数。我觉得这个问题出在计算和基础知识上。计算如果细心些，可以多挣些分回来。再有基础知识不扎实也会丢分，这是很不应该的。在课堂上毕老师已经把基础知识细化掰碎了给我们“吃”，可我们连这种不用费神去想的知识都不好好消化，你说学习成绩能上去吗?就是这样毕老师还在鼓劲我们，我们应该好好学习，以好的成绩报答老师。

通过这次家长会，我收获很大，并决心好好学习，考上重点初中，以报答辛勤付出的老师和爱我的爸爸妈妈。

本次家长会分四个主题：一、班级情况介绍。二、各科成绩总结三、给家长的一些建议 。四、家长反馈。

从这次家长会召开的情况来看，家长出席率90%，大多家长都能积极配合学校的工作，准时到学校参加家长会，总结如下：

一、收获。

1、让教师对孩子在家的表现有了一个更全面的了解，以便教师针对孩子出现的问题给予及时的处理。从家长的谈话中，我了解到了一些孩子在班级里没有发现的问题。通过交流，发现主要原因是父母在外工作，对孩子造成了一定的影响。我们教师和家长双方共同研究出一个比较合理的方案是，无论在家还是在校，我们都要以谈心的方式与孩子交流。我们家长与老师经常联系。无论哪一方发现了问题，都应该及时与另一方取得联系，及时将事情处理好，让孩子的不良习惯在萌芽中破灭。

2、让家长对孩子在学校中的表现有了一个更深的了解，同时也让家长们学习到了一些优秀的教育孩子的方法，以使自己在管理孩子时，能够选择一个最好的方法处理不同的事件。我们班的家长会中有一个环节是让家长们将自己在教育孩子中最成功的一条经验介绍给在座的各位，这一点我觉得收效很大。谢浩家长经常与孩子一起进行阅读，给孩子起到了很大的表率作用，使自己的孩子在班级里这方面的表现非常突出。

二、启示。

家长们对新形式下的教育是很关心的，对我们教师的要求是很高的。我们做为教师有很多地方离他们的要求还相差一段距离。有的家长要求教师对孩子能不能相隔几天，就将孩子这段时间的行为、思想等向家长进行反馈；有的家长要求教师对不同学习程度的孩子能不能标准有所差异；有的家长要求教师要加大思想教育的力度，提出了“教师的话比家长的话好用”的观点等。

从与家长的谈话中，可以发现：我们教师对孩子的了解还是不很深，有许多孩子的内心世界，教师没能够进入，没有真正了解与理解孩子们的所思、所言、所行。

三、改进。

我们教师要克服上述所有的困难，尽自己最大的能力去做好孩子们的教育教学工作。教师要多从书报、新闻媒体、网络等途径的学习中，不断提高自身的教育教学能力；教师与家长没有会面的时间，可以通过电话联系；教师要抽出更多的休息时间，与孩子们进行以生活为主题的交流，与孩子们玩在一起，真正做到无距离地亲密接触。
