我不得不当一个“文坛愤青”了。

进书店，到“当代文学”专栏，一看，绝大部分是小说，再翻几本看看，主要为武侠、魔幻、言情几种，偶尔也有像杨红樱的高雅小说，我无奈，还是去别的专栏好了，买几本鲁迅，朱自清，好好看看。

自古以来，小说一直很受欢迎，我国四大名著都是小说，而散文虽说高妙至极，无文可比，但却太深奥，一般人读不懂或读不全，所以，很多人就去读小说。

小说也并非都是低俗之作，鲁迅写的很多小说就是经典之作，小说之所以低俗化，那是有原因的，很大原因就是读者的胃口问题，比如：李四想成为一个作家，但他写散文却不受欢迎，就写小说，并发现，在小说越不注重内涵就越受欢迎，就把作品的内涵去掉，成了低俗小说。（个人观点）

于是，无数李四写出了无数低俗小说，并得到无数读者喜爱，文坛就此败落，进入低俗时期。

低俗小说只能兴盛一时，不能流传千古，你看现在那些小说，有很多人看，却不流传（没这脸皮），随着时间的推移，低俗作品将会被人们唾弃，但是，一个李四倒下了，千万个李四又站起来了。对此，我呼吁，读者们要有较高素质，能明辨高雅低俗，并拒绝低俗，因为，你可以不雅，但不可以低俗。

第一条为了规范聘用外国文教人员工作，加强对在淄外国人从事文教活动的管理，根据国家有关规定，结合我市实际，制定本办法。

第二条本办法所称外国文教人员，是指具有相应资质和从业经验，在我市应聘从事教育、宣传、出版、文化、卫生、体育工作的外籍人员。

第三条本市行政区域内外国文教人员的聘用和管理适用本办法。

第四条淄博市人民政府外事办公室(以下简称市外办)负责全市聘用外国文教人员的管理工作，公安、教育等部门应当根据各自的职责，做好聘用外国文教人员的相关工作。

第五条聘用外国文教人员应当遵循按需聘用、择优选聘、保证质量、用其所长、讲求实效的原则。

第六条聘请外国文教专家单位应当取得《聘请外国文教专家单位资格认可证书》。资格认可证书可由符合条件的单位提出申请，经市、省外事、公安部门和相关业务主管部门审核后，报国家外国专家局审批。

取得资格认可证书的单位应当按国家外国专家局、省外办的规定办理聘用外国文教人员审批手续。

第七条被外事管理部门认定为与国外结好的“基层友好”单位，经市外办同意，可采取“友好交流”方式邀请国外结好单位的文教人员持F签证前来进行文教方面的合作与交流，期限不超过6个月。

第八条未取得资格认可证书但确需聘用外国文教人员的单位，由主管部门报经市外办同意，可以与获得资格认可的单位签订《借用外国文教人员协议》，以借用的方式聘用外国文教人员，聘用期限不超过6个月。

第九条任何单位和个人未经资格认可或市外办同意，不得擅自聘用外国人在本市从事文教工作；严禁聘用持旅游签证的外国人在本市工作。

今天我读了《中国文学名著导读》这本著名的书。是长江出版社，主编是：陈智勇和吴雨时两位著名的人。袖珍典藏的一本名书！

这里面我最喜欢看小说篇，小说篇里有几个主要的，是：搜神记、唐宋传奇选、三国演义、水浒传、西游记、封神演义、绿野仙踪和红楼梦。我最喜欢看了！

三国演义是我首先看的，我一边看一边画，看得津津有味。

桃园三结义各有各的缺点和优点，他们的缺点就是：张飞太暴躁，关羽太性急，刘备太轻敌。他们的优点就是：张飞暴力很强、很猛。关羽武功高强，信心坚定。刘备兵力很大，而且每一位兵都很忠心、勇猛、坚强。

唉！他们要是能把自己的缺点补上，那就不至于死的那么惨了。什么，你们问我桃园三结义是怎么死的？那我就告诉你：张飞喝完酒以后，就很狂，总是打死士兵，所以士兵在趁张飞睡觉的时候砍下了他的头，把头给了别人，有投靠了别人。关羽也是砍下头后死的。刘备是想为关羽报仇，于是攻打别国，没有打过，被别人火烧连营，回到了属于他的国家，最后脱骨生气而死。唉！

三国里面有最厉害的三名大将，身穿盔甲，骑着战马，手拿锋利的武器。他们就是：赵子龙、吕布、马超。

我可喜欢看三国演义了，书上也很有意思，电视上也很有意思，小朋友们，以后再给你们介绍别的小说。拜拜！！！
