There was a clownfish named Josh in the sea. He loved eating and he didn’t like exercise also. His favourite foods were cheesecake and chocolate, so he put on a lot of weight. He never listened to his friends who always asked him to eat less and exercise more. Sometimes he even shouted to them.” It’s none of your business.”

One day, a fisherman came to catch fish. He threw his net into the sea. Every body was scared and tried their best to swim away. But Josh was too fat, and he couldn’t swim fast. So unfortunately he was caught.

“Help ,help!” he cried.

“Oh, my god” Every one body shouted “Josh is in the net, let’s help him out of the net. With the help of his friends, he got out of the net. He was very thankful and also ashamed.

The doctor came to see Josh. He said” You should go on a diet and change your eating habits. Don’t eat so many snacks. You should also exercise more very soon you’ll be thinner and healthier.”

After a few weeks, he got thinner and swam faster. He played with his friends happily every day and he never gets fat again.

我们应先全面了解一下街头食品的概况：

1、街头食品加工者构成十分混杂，有农民、菜农、在职工人、城市闲散劳动力及两劳释放人员等。一般文化素质低，法制观念淡薄。

2、街头食品经营设施简陋，卫生防护设施不健全。

3、街头食品摊点一般集聚在人群密集，流动大的公共场所，比如学校门口，空气中的尘埃细菌极易污染食物。

4、管理混乱食品卫生监督不力，街头食物的卫生根本无法保证。例如油炸食品可能经过多次污染。首先不能保证它是新鲜的，其次不能保证它洗干净了而且经过消毒，然后你也不能保证油的质量，最后连调味品的卫生也无法保证，还要在一个不卫生环境中就餐。按理说不会有人敢吃它，而中学生就偏偏喜爱这类食品，经过问卷调查，证实有79％的同学爱吃油炸食品，因为食后没发现不适，就继续吃下去，其实这些带着细菌的不卫生食物正一天天吞噬着你的健康。中学生身体正处于生长期，更要注意合理膳食。作为中学生每人每天总热量为2400大卡，摄入蛋白质70克，可达到饮食营养基本平衡。要尽量多食含维生素的水果，蔬菜和豆类。我们对这点也进行了书面的调查。结果显示，58％的中学生常吃水果，2.5％的中学生从不吃水果。爱吃蔬菜的中学生只占35％。要多食含氨基酸的食物，以保证精力充沛，增强理解力。如牛奶、鱼、蛋等。要少食含糖食物、高脂肪食物。最近荷兰学者的一项研究表明，大量食用油炸和烤制食品不仅会造成营养的不均衡，还会增加患心脏病的机会，这主要是因为这些食品中富含的转脂肪酸对心脏有害。所以中学生应尽量克制自己少吃此类食品。

这一天终于被我盼来了！一天晚上，我从梦中惊醒过来，看到床头有一个奇异的木盒。我小心翼翼地打开了它，看见里面有两颗红杏。我吃了一口，霎时间，我身上长出了一对透明的翅膀。我兴奋极了，就等着第二天的“飞行之旅”了！

第二天，我怀着兴奋和期待的心情开始了我的“飞行之旅”。突然，一阵吵闹的哭啼声打破了早晨的宁静，我连忙飞过去一看，原来是一个大个子抢了一个小孩的玩具。我连忙飞了过去，把大个子手里的“战利品”抢了过来，小心翼翼地还给了小弟弟。他对我连声道谢，我笑盈盈地说道：“不客气，这是我应该做的。”

飞着飞着，饥肠辘辘的我坐在一块“石头”上休息。突然，这块“石头”一跃而起，有力的尾巴把我甩在了一棵树上。呀，原来是条凶神恶煞的鳄鱼！我赶紧扇动翅膀飞了起来，总算逃脱了鳄鱼的魔爪。

飞着飞着，我不知不觉地来到了夏威夷。我饿得不行了，赶紧钓了些鱼，放在火上烤着吃，真是回味无穷啊！突然，我听见有人喊：“救命，救命！”我一看，原来是残忍的大海把一个无辜的人卷进了巨大的浪头里。于是，我以最快的速度冲了过去，一把抓住那个人的手，把他救了上来……这时，我已经筋疲力尽了，从空中掉入了一望无际的大海里。

“啊——”我尖叫了一声，随后醒了过来。原来是场梦啊！我终于知道飞是怎样一种感觉了，有时可以拯救世界，但有时也会丧生，所以我还是踏踏实实地做人吧！

“酸”——成长中得烦恼。曾经我梦见自己考场失利，垂头丧气地回到家，妈妈正狠狠地批评我，顿时，伤心，懊悔，自责，心中就像海浪在不停地翻腾，泪流满面的我心中一阵阵的酸楚。

“甜”——甜蜜生活真幸福。最有趣的是我还曾梦见天下起了棒棒糖雨，形状各异的棒棒糖从天上直飞而下，有五角星的，有心形的，有圆形的，还有正方形的。。。。。。地上的棒棒糖堆得像一座座小山，我在棒棒糖堆里钻进钻出，像一只快活的小老鼠，满鼻子诱人的糖香。粉红色是草莓味的，我要把它送给妈妈，祝妈妈永远青春美丽，黑色的是咖啡味，我要把它送给爸爸，祝爸爸在工作时精神抖擞。我自己吃了一根巧克力味的，真是太甜了！
