做早餐豆浆

今天早晨，我早早就起床了，看着呼呼大睡的爸爸妈妈，突然想起帮他们做早餐。我先把昨天晚上妈妈浸泡的黄豆洗涤干净，倒进豆浆机中。然后，拿出一个小塑料杯，量取一些黄小米和荞麦籽，也洗干净，再倒进豆浆机里，跟黄豆混合在一起。接着，往豆浆机里加水，加到豆浆机中上下水位刻度线的中间为止。再把豆浆机的盖子盖紧，插上电源，按下“五谷豆浆”的按钮开关，豆浆机就开始工作了。

大约过了10分钟左右，爸爸妈妈就醒了，我急忙跑过去，跟爸爸妈妈说：“你们今天不用做早餐了！”爸爸妈妈很惊奇地问我：“为什么？”我回答道：“等一会儿你们就知道了。”爸爸急忙跑到厨房一看，原来是豆浆机正在煮早餐呢！豆浆机的香味充满了整个房子，爸爸妈妈才明白过来，两人都笑了起来，我也哈哈大笑了起来。

这是我第一次为爸爸妈妈做早餐，我好开心呀。

做汉堡

星期五的晚上，我和爸爸一起做汉堡。

做汉堡的原料有：切片面包、生菜、花生酱、西红柿、火腿片、鸡蛋、还有一些可以按自己口味加的东西。我和爸爸先把这些原料准备好，并且把西红柿切成片，把火腿、鸡蛋煎熟。然后就可以开始做汉堡了。

做汉堡的步骤是：先拿出一片切片面包，然后拿一片火腿放在面包上，再拿几片生菜叶和三、四片西红柿放上去，接着放上煎鸡蛋，最后拿出另外一片面包抹上花生酱，往鸡蛋上一扣，一个汉堡就完工了。按相同的办法，做出几个汉堡之后，就可以把它们放到盘子上，一起放进微波炉里加热。热一两分钟，汉堡就完全做好了，拿出来就可以吃了。

我吃着自己亲手做的汉堡，觉得很好吃。这次我和爸爸做的汉堡非常成功，希望下次做汉堡的时候比这次更加有进步。

牛排是“西餐世界”中的一道美味，而今天我就要自己动手做一道牛排叫“中式生煎牛排”。

想要做好吃的牛排，首先得选好食材，我先到菜场上找一个牛排摊，选一块牛排，把它放到灯前照一照，如果是半透明状的话，那就是最棒的牛排。我挑的是少筋的牛排，因为那样的话口感会嫩一些，我今天选的是已经用佐料腌制好的黑椒牛排。

做牛排的方法也很简单，先进行再次的断筋，我用菜刀在牛排上反复地切，但只能用七分力，因为如果太用力的话，牛排会被切成肉丝的。进行深度的断筋后，我先起油锅，在锅内放入少量的油，用油在锅内摇晃均匀，看，那油像一个个调皮的小娃娃，在锅内不停地蹦跳着。当达到七分热时，将火调为文火，把牛排放进去，大约15秒后，再把牛排反过来，这样做两次，牛排就好了，也可以根据自己的口味再 煎制，一开始是黑红色的，但是进行高温煎制牛排后，牛排变成了深红色时，那就熟透了。我在盘子里放上亮片生菜叶子，这样既美观又可以吸油，使牛排不油腻。我再用锅子煮一些面条和西兰花。面条做好后用生抽拌一拌和西兰花一起放在牛排四周，这样，一盘“中式生煎牛排”就大功告成了。

看着做好的牛排，色泽鲜润。香气扑鼻，我咽了有咽口水，下口吧。这牛排口感十分疏松，刚入口还有一种油滋滋的感觉，疏松而又不失嚼劲，红润而又不试光泽，配上鲜绿欲滴的西兰花，这牛排真是让人垂涎三尺。

我和妈妈是大小二“吃货”，发现什么美食，总会不客气地拿来细品。最近，我和妈妈共同迷上了“台湾手抓饼”，于是，妈妈便在淘宝网上购买了面饼。

买来的面饼如中秋的满月，又饱满又可爱，犹如一个个白白胖胖的娃娃。妈妈在平底锅里倒了点金黄的油，“叮”地一声开了火。不一会儿，油就跳起了节奏欢快的迪斯科，滴滴答答，好不热闹！我忍不住凑向前，打量这些小音乐家，脚还情不自禁地打着节拍。“哗啦！”妈妈把面饼放到了平底锅里，面饼的边缘立刻卷起了一点点，还变成了淡黄色，不用说，它已经和油“打成一片”啦！妈妈又在面饼上打了个鸡蛋，鸡蛋似乎不怎么爱呆在锅里，一直不安地扭动身体，摇摇晃晃。

该翻面了！只见妈妈抓住锅柄，使劲往上一抬，饼便像一位专业的跳水运动员，在空中翻了个身，又重新稳稳当当地躺在锅中。已经煎好的一面变得金黄酥脆，令人食欲大增，不由自主地舔舔嘴唇。

手抓饼终于煎好了！妈妈把早已切好的黄瓜丝、火腿肠放进去，又抹上了番茄酱，早已磨刀霍霍的我冲上前去，一口咬了下去。酥脆的面饼、香嫩的鸡蛋、爽口的黄瓜丝、厚实的火腿肠，外加酸甜的番茄酱。。。。。。我都沉醉于手抓饼下了！
