Over 70% of the Earth’s surface is water; water is obviously the most precious natural resource that exists on our planet. Without water, life on Earth would be non-existent.

Water is the lifeblood of the environment, essential to the survival of all living things-plants, animals, and human. Although we recognize this fact, we disregard it by polluting our rivers, lakes, and streams. Afterward, we are slowly but surely harming our planet to the point where organisms are dying at a very alarming rate, and our drinking water has become greatly affected. In order to fight against water pollution, we must understand the problems and become part of the solution; we also need to do everything possible to maintain its quality for today and the future.The government alone cannot solve the entire problem; it’s up to us when it comes to the problems we face with our water. In your home, correctly dispose dangerous household products. Keep paints, used oil, cleaning solvents, pool chemicals, and other dangerous household chemicals out of drains, sinks, and toilets because many of these products contain harmful substances. In your yard, recycle used motor oil. Avoid pouring waste oil and resist the temptation to dump wastes onto the ground.These are just a few of the many ways in which we, as human have the ability to combat water pollution.

If these measures are not taken and water pollution continues, life on Earth will suffer severely.

我们班的英语老师是六年级时新调来的。英语老师姓黄，是个男老师。

黄老师他对付我们还真有那么一手的。刚调来的第一天就对我们说：“你们的升学成绩可都是捏在我手里，你们哪个上课认真又很听话的，考了B我也给他A，哪个老让我生气的上课又不认真的，就算考了A也让你降到C。”这招果然管用，同学们上课都认真多了。有些英语成绩不是很好的同学一逮到机会就拍黄老师的马屁。一下课就跟着他，为黄老师端茶递水，还抢着帮黄老师拿包，拍马屁说好话比喝水还快。“黄老师，你让我这次考试得A，我请你吃饭。”“黄老师，你好酷啊！我真的好崇拜你啊！”“黄老师，我送你NBA的球鞋，你帮我加几分，好不！”……

不过也有同学和黄老师对着干。那天，黄老师在讲台上讲课，有个男同学在座位上正眉飞色舞地跟同桌讲“梦幻西游”网络游戏，正巧被神通广大的黄老师发现了，黄老师二话不说，随手把他那装满水的水壶朝那男同学扔了过去，“正中目标”,水壶正好打在那个男同学的头上，痛得他哇哇叫。“好事不出门，坏事传千里”不一会，这件事很快就在学校里传开了，黄老师暴力对付学生的事情让我们害怕了好一阵子。

很快又发生了一件事－－“脱鞋熏学生”。那天，我们班的同学都很兴奋，班级里乱成一团，很吵。黄老师来了好一会儿，班级里还是安静不下来。黄老师课也不上了，端张椅子在讲台旁坐下来，拿出NBA的周刊看了起来。过了一会儿，黄老师和一个男同学起了争执，黄老师就骂了他几句。后来，我也不知道什么原因，黄老师竟然坐在椅子上把一只脚上的鞋子给脱了，把那只鞋子放在了讲台上，一个字“臭”，同学们都快被熏晕了，后来听说是那个男同学在下面说黄老师的坏话，把黄老师惹急了，所以黄老师才发火脱鞋子的。看来我们今后上课还是认真点好，不然我们可怜的鼻子又要遭殃了。不过从那以后，再也没有人敢去惹黄老师了。

黄老师，您的这样的行给了我们好大的“压力”，真希望您今后不要再出现类似行为了，您这样做可不是一个好老师啊！

呼!终于下课了，下次课一定要记得带，不然又要找别人帮忙了，下次一定要带，下次一定要带……

第一节课下了，刚好今天有英语课。Yes，我最喜欢英语课了，因为英语上起来特别简单，而且有趣，可是知道我看到我旁边的同学，人手一个英语本。咦?为什么要带英语本?我索性问了我的同桌：“嘿，今天要带英语本吗?我怎么没听说要带呀?”“不知道，可能是你那天又没来吧，我都带了。”“完了，我是没来，我好想听谁说今天要检查每个人的英语本啊!这可怎么办才好啊!”“不怕，我有办法，我好想带了两个英语本，你等会哈，我找一下。”随后，他打开书包找，可找了半天，只找到一个本子。我着急了，“那个，要不，你借我点钱吧，我明天再还给你，好吗?”我恳求地对他说到。“好吧!”然后探案出了五块钱给我，并提醒我记得把多余的钱给他。

等到第二节课下了后，我赶忙来到了学校门口，我大声地喊：“阿姨，阿姨，我要买一个英语本，有人吗?”我这一喊，不仅没把小卖部的阿姨叫出来，反到把我们最不喜欢的保安叫了出来。这位保安大爷很敬业，在上学时段进了学校就不能出去，也不能买东西，不得不说我们学校无一不佩服这位大爷。

大爷走了出来说：“你在这儿干什么?还不去学习!”我对他说：“爷爷，您不知道，我们今天上课要用英语本，课我因为上次课没来，不知道，所以没买，您就让我买个本子吧!”可大爷说：“不行，上学时段什么都不能买!”“可是……”“没有可是!”

我失望地坐在一旁的椅子上。突然，我们的数学老师来了，她看见了我：“哎，佳洛你在这儿干什么?”我对老师说：“老师，今天英语老师要检查每个同学的英语本，可我上节课生病没来，所以只能现在买，可大爷不让我买。老师，你能帮我买吗?”老师笑着说：“行!”我把钱递给了老师，不到十秒钟，老师就把英语本给了我。我笑着对老师说：“谢谢您，没有您我都不知道该怎么办了。”“没事，你赶快去上课吧!”

我快速地赶回教室，英语课已经开始了。

呼吸是应该的，睡觉是应该的，人与人之间互帮互助也是应该的，你帮我，我帮你，这样人与人之间的感情才可以变得更好。

想起我的英语老师Luise,我的嘴角便不禁扬了起来,因为跟他学英语让我感到了快乐!

我们这个班级同学很调皮,很是让老师头疼啊!Luise不会像别的老师一样一味严厉地管教我们，而是用他特有的忍耐力幽默感“征服”我们。

有一天上课,大家盼星星、盼月亮地盼来了游戏环节，哪知Luise却说这堂课大家表现的不好，取消了游戏！大家当然是不会肯的，一个个哭着喊着要游戏，否则下堂课便消失！Luise没办法，只好先答应着，但要求大家必须要先背会黑板上的那几个单词。大家只好照做。突然，一个同学背得不耐烦了，竟然走到黑板前，“唰唰”几下便把黑板上的那几个单词给擦得干干净净了，擦完还得意的说：“Luise，这些单词跳楼自杀了！我们不要背了吧！”Luise的脸顿时铁青了，他站了起来，大家以为他要骂那位同学，吓得都把凳子往后挪了挪。Luise走到黑板前，重新写上了那几个单词，还笑了笑（笑的很苦）说：“那么现在，单词又复活过来了，大家是不是要认真背呢？”大家呆了很久，又开始背单词了……

我发现，Luise的忍耐度好像是没有限度的！还有一次，一个同学像虫子一样，整节课都在做小动作，Luise先是警告了他，但他没有听，动着，动着，这位同学竟然把椅子给弄破了。教师里先是无声，接着爆发出笑声……而Luise的反应就是不声不响地拿来一把新椅子交到那位同学的手里，并要求那位同学下堂课带60元人民币现金赔偿，仅此而已。

要是我们班多一个像Luise这样的好老师，我们学生会多出许多轻松和快乐！
