慢跑，是一项温和的运动，既不会使人大汗淋漓、气喘吁吁，又不回让人的身体吃不消，这是一个十分不错的锻炼方式。于是，在制定计划的第二天，吃完晚饭，休息了一会儿之后，我就换好衣服，准时下楼开始慢跑。半个小时的时间，说长不长，但也不算太短，慢跑虽然节奏缓慢，但是作为一项运动来说，还是会使人疲惫，为了不让自己感到太累而坚持不下来，我特地戴上耳机来跑步，听着时而舒缓时而热烈的音乐，随着有节奏的调调沿着一路慢跑，就会发现运动一点也不难受，相反，还会有一种时间过的很快的感觉，跑过几个路口，听完几首歌，时间就过去了，制定的慢跑半个小时的计划也就完成了。
