山西的春节，在腊月就开始了。腊八一到，家家熬腊八粥，接着买皇历，麻粘儿，是山西民间特产，用芝麻与糖做成的，孩子们最爱吃。

过了腊月二十，进入节前最忙的阶段，山西谚语：“二十三，打发灶君上青天；二十四，写呀么写对子，二十五，擦摸打扫笤卒；二十六，黑的白的蒸啊两不鹿；二十七，关住门门洗了局；二十八，胡拾掇；二十九，提啊坛坛打酒酒；角儿（角儿就是饺子）捏啊三不鹿。”

小年到了，山西人传统要祭灶，祭灶多在黄昏之时举行，先把灶饼、芝麻糖等物品供奉在灶王爷像前，然后在像前点三柱香，一家老小要给灶王爷磕头，再把芝麻糖到火上烧成稀，糊住灶王爷的嘴，再把草料扔到厨房顶上喂“天马”。然后把灶王爷像揭下来，一边焚烧，一边祈祷。之后，燃放鞭炮为灶王爷开路。人们喜欢将炒玉米用麦芽糖粘起来，吃起来酥脆香甜。

大年三十到了。炒冷荤，蒸扣碗，拌馅包饺子，都是要干的事情。男人们贴对子，门神，女人们摆供品，灯瓜瓜，也就是桌灯，大年的灯是通宵的，不能熄。

晚上，各处都是放鞭炮与花炮的，大人们放“大礼花”，一道金光冲上了天空，竟然变出了一颗颗红宝石，红宝石边上还壤着黄色，美丽极了，紧接的道道金光变成了五颜六色的花朵，有的像玫瑰花，有的像菊花，接着炮仿佛如流星一样过来，孩子们一般放窜天猴，一下就飞上天的那种，还有小蜜蜂……接着又熬年守岁。

子时一到，钟声一响，第一件事情就是开门上香，据说这是旺香开门，谁家早点，谁家就预示一年兴旺，第二件事情则是上庙上香，越早越好，商号一般是掌柜的去，衣帽整齐。

大年忌讳多，语言上不能说不吉利的话，如饺子破了得说“绽了”。

初一不管男女老少都要给长辈磕头拜年，互赠礼品，还要祭祖拜神。

传统正月初五不出门，所谓破五。正月初七称为人节。

一直到正月十五，春节的又一个高潮到了，家家户户吃元宵，元宵是一种甜而不腻、脍炙人口的民间小吃。尤其是孩子们，特别爱吃。

最重要的是还要挂花灯啊！从十四到十六，每晚都开，处处张灯结彩，五颜六色，花灯样式很多，数不胜数。有动物的，有猜谜的，有宫灯，如意灯，飞机式的灯，料丝灯，玻璃灯，走马灯……形形色色，异彩纷呈。

孩子们与大人们都要放烟花，毫不逊大年三十的炮火。

从十四到十六，连续三天各县、各村都要组织大大小小各种样式的汇演，有民间艺术，晋剧，有古老乐曲，有代表喜庆的演出，有代表幸福的演出，还有古老传说的。

一直到正月十七，春节结束了，但还留着浓浓的年味……

山西刀削面风味独特，制作方法别具一格，因此而跻身于“五大西式名品”之列，享有非常高的声誉。山西刀削面色、香、味、形俱全，是山西的风味小吃。山西刀削面看相好。做好面时，面条又薄又宽，浸在散发着滚滚浓香的鲜美汤汁里，加上几块儿闪着小亮点的红烧五花肉，再将绿油油的小青菜，淡黄的豆腐皮，一小片一小片的香菜散落其间，这时，真是令人垂涎欲滴！

山西刀削面得名于它有非比寻常的做法“一刀削”。搓面团时，必须揉匀、揉软，揉到表面光滑并且平整为止。下锅时，左手托着面团，右手持着特制的弧形削刀，一刀一刀削进锅中，最后煮好时，盛到碗里，加上熟了的红烧五花肉、小青菜、豆腐皮、香菜。山西刀削面的味道更好，吃刀削面的时候还挺有意思呢！吃面条时，我喜欢一根一根地吃，找到面条的“头”以后，“嘘”地一下吸进嘴里，真是顺滑顺口呀！吃红烧五花肉、小青菜、豆腐皮、香菜时，我喜欢慢慢地嚼着吃，一口一口嚼着吃的时候，我感觉好吃极了！有一次，我吃面条时很急，吸面条时过猛，汤溅的满脸都是，弄得我狼狈不堪，爸爸、妈妈和妹妹看见我这样，都捂着肚子笑了起来。从那以后，我给山西刀削面取了个别名——“溅满脸”。

我已经介绍完了，是不是有一种垂涎欲滴的感觉？其实，山西刀削面非常的好吃，用文字是不可能完全描述出来的，真正的味道还需要你自己去品尝，相信你品尝完以后，绝对会回味无穷！

山西是我一直想去的省份。山西离辽宁不算远，可我一直没有去过。

最近，我有幸去山西，心情当然要好些。由于是暑期，卧铺票根本买不到，只好买硬座票了。第一站是大同。我们是7月20日晚19：30上火车，第二天早8：30到大同，途行13个小时。

原来，我的身体一直不怎么好，主要表现在坐火车或汽车，时间超过两个小时就会腰疼。这次，我当然担心自己的身体会支持不住，没想到我硬是撑过去了，可真应了那句广告语“腰不酸了，背不疼了，腿也不抽筋了”。

到了大同，虽然感觉很累，可一想到自己的腰疼病没有了，就有了精神。再加上大同的旅游景点很有吸引力，我们就直接去了云岗石窟。

云岗石窟离大同市区很近，可坐公交车前往，车费两元五角。公交车上有三个外国人，他们说着英语夹杂着中文，很像是留学生。可皮肤却是不同的三种颜色，黑、白和黄。他们间买车票是个人掏钱，A-A制，如果是中国人可能只一个人掏钱了。车上人不是很多，可有老年人上车，那三个外国学生都主动让座，可我们的很多乘客却在抢座，这让我很感动。什么时候我能看见相反的场面呢？我想，总会有那么一天的。

去云岗石窟的路上，我们到处都感觉到煤都的与众不同。也许会有人想，应该到处都是煤灰吧？不，到处都是干净的，只是到了云岗煤矿才感觉到“煤”的存在，那里有最大的一块“煤雕”和露天的储煤场。

云岗石窟距今有1700年的历史，在一座不是很大的山包上，密布着数不清的石窟。保存最好的是六窟七窟，其他的石雕的颜色都已被风化掉，看了让我们心痛的。看过，我感受颇深，那么久远的年代，那么精湛的艺术，在没有如今现代化的条件下，我们的前人是如何雕刻出这么多艺术精品的呢？

门票每人六十元，不算贵，是大众旅游的票价。

下午，我们去了华严寺，门票二十元，没有什么看头，可到了不看，总会让人心不静。接下来看了全国最大的九龙壁，特点就是最大，45米长。早在北京就已看过小的九龙壁，但是小呀！门票十元。还好，两处景点都在市内，没花多少车费。

22日早5：55，我们坐公交车去了有北岳恒山的浑源县，8:30到达。转坐夏利到悬空寺，车费共计25元。可是夏利车的老司机，硬是要我们先去恒山，要我们再掏150元钱车费，理由是先去恒山爬山，回来再去悬空寺，这样会不感觉累。我们担心会上当，就没有理他，可他操着很浓的当地口音和我们理论，我们根本听不懂。那司机很倔，我们不答应，他就硬是反我们拉到恒山，然后再拉到悬空寺，也不收费。

悬空寺可谓是天下一绝，在很大的一个山坳里，平空有个悬崖峭壁上，硬是建造了一个悬空寺。最让人感觉“悬”的，是悬空寺下面支撑着的那几根木竿，笔直，很细。悬空寺很像是在四川的那些古栈道上，建造的阁楼，悬，险，绝是它的特色。距今也有1600年的历史，最初是有的人想躲避战乱而修建的。
