今天上了一节体育课，这节体育课真有趣，让我们真正体验了捕鱼人的辛苦和小鱼们拼命逃跑的感受，真实展现了捕鱼的乐趣。

我先当了一回渔网。我、张语轩、邓楚月组成了一个网。我们先商量捕那些跑的慢的同学。于是我们把目标锁定在了张诗雨身上。我们一跑，整个“鱼群”慌乱的不成样子，有的往南，有的往北，而张诗雨特别慌张。呵!看来我们选对了目标了。慢慢的，我们把张诗雨逼到一个死角，我们露出了邪恶的表情，张诗雨吓得哇哇直叫，最后被我们一网打尽。

下一轮，我变成了鱼儿。当“渔网”往我这边跑的时候，我连忙跑了起来，结果发现她们的目标不是我，我长长地叹了一口气，吓死了。

“捕鱼”乐趣真多啊!

第二天，我早早起床，走出房门，一股冷空气钻入我的骨缝，冷得我瑟瑟发抖。我飞快的跑进房间，穿了一件秋衣还敢出门。

这时，爸爸和哥哥向我走来，爸爸说 ：“凯凯，要不要坐船一起去捕鱼?” 话音刚落，我连忙说：“不去坐船太危险，等下要是翻船了，那就完蛋了。” “不会沉下去，那船结实。” 哥哥说。“对啊，你哥哥也要去，你要是不去，那就没有鱼吃了。”爸爸笑着说。 我一听不去没鱼吃，就答应了。忽然间空中乌云密布，下起了蒙蒙细雨，爸爸拿起斗笠给我们带上，我们就冒着雨和两位叔叔一起去捕鱼。

上了船，一位叔叔开船，另一位叔叔拿着电网，而爸爸则拿着普通的网。我双手紧抓扶手，生怕一不小心跌入水中。船开了，一幅幅美景尽收眼底：碧澈如玉的溪流倒映两旁的青山翠影，碧绿的水草在水面上清晰可见，随着细小的小波浪轻轻的摇摆着，真是“舟行碧波上，人在画中游”。

船继续缓缓的向前行驶着，突然，传来一阵嘶嘶声，大家立刻警戒起来，只见水面忽然冒出一条水蛇，爸爸挥舞起鱼网，可是水蛇扭动的滑溜溜的身体，灵巧地躲过抓捕，这样我们错过了一个猎物。我们全神贯注地盯着水面，等待鱼儿出现 。这时一群小鱼被爸爸的火眼金睛发现，爸爸抓起鱼网向鱼儿网去 “帅，全抓到，爸爸好厉害。” 我高兴地叫道。

忽然，你条活蹦乱跳的红鲤鱼进入了我们的视线，我不禁大叫：“啊!这有一条红色的鱼，快抓!” 只见爸爸又飞快地向那条红鲤鱼网去，我顿时紧张得屏住呼吸。“yes，成功啦!” 我听高彩烈的呼喊。

这时，爸爸的衣服被溪边的树枝勾到，不由得趔趄起来，船也跟着剧烈抖动着，爸爸没站稳，正要摔到河里时，哥哥伸出手紧紧抓住爸爸的手，才让爸爸不成为“落汤鸡”，我真替爸爸捏一把汗。一场虚惊后，我们继续捕鱼……

这次捕鱼我们满载而归。回到沙场，我们又吃蒸鱼，哟又喝鲜美的鱼汤，这野生的鱼太美味了。

时间过得很快，龙岩之旅结束了，我们坐动车回到了厦门。
