我的老家在兴宁，所以我是一个客家人。

客家人是古代从中原繁盛的地区迁到南方的，因此，客家的一些习惯依然与别处相同。但是，由于客家人多处于偏僻、边远的山区，所以形成了许多独有的饮食文化和节日文化。

今天，我就先来介绍一下客家人的饮食文化。

客家菜系是广东三大菜系之一，自成一派，以咸、香、浓著称。

客家最有名的三大菜是：红烧肉、酿豆腐和盐焗鸡。

由于客家人居住于山区，每天都要进行开荒、种植、打谷、织布等体力消耗大的劳作，这时肥而腻的食物对人体的补充就很有帮助了，所以客家人就制作出了红烧肉。

红烧肉常用青壮年时期的猪身上最肥的五花肉制成。先将五花肉放内锅中，倒入足以淹没肉的油，以保持五花肉的油性，再加入花生米、糖、酱油等，这样做出来的红烧肉：气香、味甜、色亮。不管是看、闻还是吃，都令人食欲大开。

同时，由于客家人的工作地点常在山间，路途遥远，甚至可能在工地上待上几天几夜，这时，易于保存的食物就显得尤为重要，于是，盐焗鸡就诞生了。

盐焗鸡一般是用准备下蛋的小母鸡做成的，用客家古法焗成，它在很大程度上锁住了鸡肉中的水分，同时还可以为人体补充流失的盐分。具体做法是：杀一只活鸡，用海盐水腌制三天三夜，换一盆盐水，如此三次，最后将鸡用纸包好，埋入盐堆蒸熟，切开鸡那饱满的肉体，鲜香的肉汁就会流出来，吮吸一口，咬一口，那味道啊，可真鲜美啊，什么琼浆玉液都比不上它。

总之，客家的饮食文化，使我为自己是一个客家人而自豪和骄傲。

除了点心与茶之外，还有一部重头戏，那就是——聊天。那一些老人家经常去喝茶，而且是成群结伴，要不就是广场舞大妈晨练完以后，舞队来茶楼喝茶；要不就是登山大爷在爬白云山之前，来茶楼填饱肚子；要不就是一位老爷爷带着他的老伴来茶楼叹口茶。广州人们在这儿叙说友情，聊家常事……每一处角落都洋溢着老广州人们的喜悦之情，每个人都带着绽放式微笑，摆脱城市的喧。在陶陶居里，喝一杯功夫茶，吃一块萝卜糕，优哉游哉地与朋友畅谈。广州人真会享受！
