今天，我看了一本书，书的名字叫《神奇校车·水的故事》。书里是这样讲的：老师弗瑞丝开着旧校车带同学们去自来水工厂。当校车从一个隧道出来时，校车变了样，我们也变了样，每个人都不知道被谁套上了潜水服。汽车升到云里，我们变得越来越小，每一个小伙伴都在雨滴里，雨滴开始往下掉，我们掉进一条小溪里。不一会儿又来到水库我们进入水净化系统，老师弗瑞丝带同学们到混合池去，在混合池中，一块块明矾被加入水中。明矾成了小颗粒，然后所有的污泥都被这些小颗粒粘住了。老师又让我们去沉淀池，在那儿小颗粒沉到下面，干净的水从顶部流走，现在我们要去过滤池了，这是沙粒过滤池，它会把水中残余的杂物过滤掉，我们就是杂物，幸好老师发现了一条通道，在过滤池通向贮水罐的管子中，氯被加入水中。氯会杀死任何残存病菌。氯化物也被加到水里，这是为了防止孩子的龋齿。我们又到了贮水罐里，我们进入主水管又流入墙上的水管，一个人打开洗手间的水龙头时，我们飞溅出来。这正是我们的学校，我们又恢复了正常。

看了这本书以后，我深有感触，现在我们北方干旱，南方又雨水成灾，前几天报纸上说杭州某一条河水被污染，造成几万人河水困难了，好多人只能望梅止渴，这都是人们不爱护环境将大量的工业生活用水随意排放，造成了水源污染。污水中含有大量化学物质和有害细菌，人们喝了这种水会造成慢性中毒，严重的会造成生命危险。

水是生命的源泉，可以说任何生物都离不开水，所以我们要从小爱护水源，节约用水，从身边的小事做起：1。淋浴比盆浴节水2。一水多用，比如：淘米水可以洗菜、浇花3。洗澡时，放热水前总有一段冷水，可以用容器装起来。

爱护水资源是我们人类的大事，让我们从自己身边的点点滴滴做起吧！
