我是一名铁路工人技师，下面是我对自己工作总结：

加强曲线、道岔的设备养护使曲线、道岔设备全面达标。

曲线和道岔的养护历来使设备养护当中最难也是最薄弱的。运用绳正法每次将曲线整治好后，保持时间很短，因而，在实际工作当中也是投入劳动力最大的。今年6月，我带领职工对管内的2条曲线进行了一次彻底整治。具体方法是：1、先找出曲中点，然后两侧分点。2、找水平、拨正曲线，均匀石碴达到石碴饱满、捣固均匀。3、改轨距、打磨钢轨达到轨控标准不超千分之一标准。4、定位五大桩的埋设和标志、标识的从新刷写，最后用地锚拉杆按标准进行锁定。经过精[来源于]心的整治和通过3个月观察、检查，曲线稳定变化率低，有效的控制了曲线难整治问题。道岔的养护仿效了曲线整治的办法收效良好。

继续不断努力学习新经验、新方法并积极运用到实际工作当中。

在现场的维修作业当中，除了所要求必须的技术业务、标准外，工作的巧可使质量和效率成倍增长。在年初k40 000-k50 000配合大机捣作业中，自已就积极与段技术科联系提前介入抄平，一改往日靠眼观起道的不科学方法，使该段线路大机捣一次成为了优良公里线路。在拆、铺桥护轨维修作业时，提前制作了适合拆护轨螺帽的母螺帽，嫁接到内燃螺丝机上，使工作效率成倍增长，在一个天窗修时间内完成了车间要求的生产任务，且质量、标准一次达标。不但降低了职工的劳动强度，而且节约了大量的人工费用，受到了车间、段技术科的好评。一次，在工务通讯上学习了添乘时如何判定晃车和车晃的论文后，自已不断摸索和总结，在添乘设备时应验率达到了90%以上，避免了多次浪费人力的情况。

进一步提高认识，不断提高管理工作水平。

当前正值铁路唱响二次创业的发展时期，对于自已则更要不断创新认识理念、转变观念提高认识，在班组管理上狠下功夫，全面提升班组的综合实力。通过学习自已认识到设备质量提高了，不能代表班组好了，而是班组应在综合治理、后勤保障、职工队伍素质、班组建设上等均有提高，才是真正意义上的提高。因此，自已也认识到了不足和缺点，需要走的路也还很长，要学的东西也还很多，全面发展提高了才符合二次创业的要求和理念。一年来我的收获颇丰，越来越感觉到自已要不停地学习、奋进才能不掉队，才能同班组的职工一起将六大理念树立好、贯彻好！使管理工作再上新台阶！

让我印象最深刻的就数《老先生》这一篇了。彼得在铁路边挖煤的时候被一位老爷爷发现了，当他得知这些煤不能随便挖以后并没有慌张，而是跟老爷爷讲道理。他说因为妈妈生病了，但是家里没有煤了，所以就来这儿取点煤。老爷爷听了，被他们的孝顺感动了。最后，老爷爷不仅没有责怪他们，而且和他们成为了好朋友。当他们没有食物的时候，就向老爷爷要一点，每次老爷爷都会答应。过了几天，他们就用床单做成一面旗子，然后在床单上面写了一些感谢老爷爷的话。可见，他们是多么懂事啊!

在清朝末年时期就已经有了火车，建造权和经营权却是掌握在西方人的手里。后来，清政府决定修建铁路时，英国和俄国在建造权上展开了激烈的争夺。在相持不下的情况下，他们要挟清政府，如果这条铁路由中国自己的工程师建造，他们就不干涉。这时詹天佑毅然接受了任务，带领着中国的铁路工程师们不怕困难，不怕嘲笑，坚持不懈，勇于创新，在他的一番努力下，不满四年，终于建造了属于中国自己的铁路，这就是京张铁路。这也向我们展现了詹天佑强烈的爱国之心。
