1.我没有意识到团队伙伴的重要性。所以我总是喜欢一个人默默的看一些东西，不太善于分享，所以这么久都没有认识太多共同价值观的朋友，我的交际圈就是同事圈，范围十分狭窄，有共同理念的人能够说基本没有。这样，如果我以后要做一些事情比如说投入新教育事业，就会很困难。多年以来，我都是一个人在默默的与世隔绝的自我陶醉。即使加入新教育的Q群，也都以潜水为主，更不要他谈什么贡献了。

今年由于参加了一次辟谷活动，开始逐渐认识了一些有共同价值观的朋友，同时也成为了2015清一会员，争取不要浪费这个机会认识更多的伙伴，贡献自己的力量，多分享。

2.服务他人

这是我今年以来思考的最多的一件事，跟上一个问题是一样的，都说明我没有具备分享精神，这也和我的教育有关。从小，我的父母我的学校我所接触到教育环境都没有告诉我什么是分享，以及分享的重要性和怎样去分享。而我的性格也变得越来越内敛，我在“文静”的评价中长大，在我的心目中，分享是只有外向豪放型的人才会具有的一种品质。学生时代，我甚至连自己的高分作文被老师点名阅读给同学这件事情都不肯去做。

其实，当我每次帮忙了别人，我的心里是很快乐的，但是我却没有能够经常勇敢的走出来，总是做个缩头乌龟，或者一副事不关己高高挂起的模样。

能够帮忙别人，代表了一个人的胸襟和格局，我总是局限在自己小小的圈子里面，其实说明了自己的心十分小。

3.坚持

我干什么事情都是三天打鱼两天晒网，到处看，各种养生、各种佛经。比如养生，打坐几天，又拍打拉筋几天，又跟胡涂医学几天，没有一个坚持超过三个月的，可能连续的时间一个月也没有。看书看的很多，但是大部分都是有头无尾，看完之后也没有任何感想，最后都忘得一干二净。今年我给自己的目标之一，就是坚持。坚持飞鹰功和站桩，坚持念诵二十一度母赞，坚持研读张校长的道德经，看看自己能否坚持下来。

4.不抱怨

每次产生这个念头的时候都要提醒一下自己是否又在抱怨了，因为我抱怨的东西还是不少的，所以这一点能够让我认真理清楚自己的念头，留意每一个起心动念是否在抱怨。
