我们学校的英语文化节马上就要到了。这个英语文化节是我们学校的传统节目，就是把各个国家的文化标志放到一起，集中展示，相互交流。学校要求我们四年级每个班模拟一个国家的文化节，而我们班要模拟的是英国。为了办好英国文化节，我们班每个人都画了一幅主题画，名字叫做“我眼中的英国”。我画的是以“小猪佩奇”坐车通过伦敦塔桥。除此以外，还有一些同学要参加英语文化节目表演。

先来说一下我们班的筹备情况吧!我们要自己动手，制作一些代表英国文化的东西，把教室布置成英国文化的主题空间。其中，我们小队负责布置三面墙壁。经过讨论，我们小队打算一起来设计一个红色的电话亭。我从家里带了很多纸板和纸箱，大家齐心协力，把很多纸板放在一起，粘起来，好不容易才做了四面墙壁。知道我们是怎么上色的吗?我们拿着马克笔，在板子上面涂来涂去，涂得手都酸了，还没涂完一面墙。后来，为了节约时间，我们决定在纸板上面粘贴彩色纸，免得又出什么意外。总之，准备英语文化节的过程中，我们有好多快乐，也有好多烦恼。

班上的筹备情况说完了，我再来说一下我们自己要表演的节目吧!我们班要表演的是三年级下学期英语课本中的一个故事——《Bad Luck for Pat》(《倒霉的帕特》)。这个故事讲的是一个名叫帕特的人，他非常倒霉。有一天，他拿着一听爆米花，在路上遇到了他的两个朋友，好心的帕特把爆米花给他的朋友们吃，谁知爆米花就被他的朋友们吃完了!帕特只好又去买一个汉堡，他把汉堡放在长椅上，谁知汉堡被别人不小心一屁股坐扁了!帕特又去买冰激凌，结果公交车司机说冰激凌不能带上车，帕特只好把冰淇淋给一只狗狗!他真可怜呀!我们班的同学集体来表演这个节目，我就要表演那个吃爆米花的朋友。为了这个英语节目，我们每天中午都要排练，弄得我们中午都没时间写作业，但是我们都很开心。

今天，3月26日，这可是我们期待的日子--“第十届英语文化节”。

阴郁的天空滴答落下几滴零星的小雨点，乌云愁眉不展。虽然天气欠佳，可却丝毫没有影响我们快乐兴奋的心情。

荔枝园里，密密匝匝的荔枝树抽出点点新芽，嫩绿的新叶伸展着。树下摆了许多张桌子，每张桌前都有家长义工主持展位。奖品丰富，文具、饮料、食品、玩具……把四张桌子排成的兑奖处装得满满的。我们一到，便四散开来，寻找自己的拿手强项。整个荔枝园仿佛是一个巨大的热气球，被欢乐充满了。每个人的脸上都洋溢着笑容，焕发着光彩。有的三五成群，有的单个儿行动，还有的相互祝贺着、吹嘘着，沉浸在成功的喜悦中。

文化节的项目更是多姿多彩。除了以往的知识问答，这次还增加了叼苹果、嗑瓜子、拿沙包扔水瓶、猜英文谜语、跳布袋、还有给福娃贴嘴巴……所有的项目都要用英语交流。每个活动都情趣昂然，又蕴涵着丰富的英语文化。虽说每个项目都要说英语，但根本难不倒我们四（4）班的同学。每个项目前都排着长长的队伍，大家全要一显身手。开始我还真有点儿紧张，但看到同学们有说有笑，轻松的气氛顿时感染了我，我很快完成了好几个项目，后来，恨不得把全部项目都玩儿一遍！最后，我那张小小的表格被完成项目的印章覆盖得满满的！
