近日，长沙的吴女士因在网络上订购的水果太酸而给了商家差评，事后商家竟然找上门来，还要求吴女士删除差评，这实在令吴女士感到崩溃。在现实生活中，也有不少商家使尽各种办法让消费者删除差评的事件，而商家对待差评的处理方式和服务态度也值得人们深思。这也显示出一些商家在诚信经营、公平竞争上亟待补课。

为何会出现差评？那是因为买家对所购买的产品质量不满意，觉得产品有缺陷，因而给了商家差评，这其实也是买家提高消费质量、卖家优化产品服务的一个突破口。如果商家的产品质量不过关，服务态度不好，消费者的购物体验得不到提升，那么选择网购的人可能会越来越少，商家也可能减少了收入，因此商家需要采取一定的措施来提高自己的口碑。

商家应该反思自己为什么会得到差评，认真听取消费者的建议，改进自己的不足，而不是一味地追求好评，急着要删除最能反映问题的差评。在认识到自己的不足的同时，不断优化服务，提高产品的质量，也可以借鉴一下其他店铺的经验，取长补短，充分发挥自己的优势。“诚信走天下”，商家也要提高自己的诚信，做到诚心诚意为买家服务，服务态度要端正，耐心地解决出现的问题，做到理性而又智慧。

神交网络，若能克制，很是惬意，利大于弊。益智游戏，使人激情无限，活力四射；免费邮箱，令人结交朋友，相互交流；网上电影，让人足不出户，感受绚丽多彩的视觉艺术，电子书籍，令人增长见识，博学广闻……不单单是这些，网络这个神奇的朋友，还常常使用它的锦囊妙计——互联网，来帮助我们解决难题。爱上网络是一次偶然。有一次，全班要举行一场辩论比赛。赛前，老师要求我们找有关这次”开卷有益”辩论赛资料。回家后，我翻遍了家里所有的书，可就是一无所获，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。爸爸听说后，神秘地一笑，立即打开电脑，熟练地输入“开卷有益”，一点搜索键，啊！真是神奇，几百条演讲稿出现在我的眼前，应有尽有。我从网上下载了一叠厚厚的资料。赛中，我成男生中的首席发言官，自此，我开始浏览网络，与网络交上了朋友。

当然，事物常具有两面性。用在网络上，也已成了不争的事实。迷恋网络，通宵达旦，影响人生，弊大于利。网络对于那些克制能力极差的人，它不仅伤害身体，还极易扭曲心理，影响学业。在生活中，就曾发生过这样的案例，令人毛骨悚然。2012年6月15日，睡梦中的小新上网的欲望像虫子一样噬咬着他的心，把他惊醒，可是他身无分文，思前想后，他决定去奶奶家抢钱。他提了把菜刀，直奔奶奶家，悲剧就这样发生了。小新先四处翻找，怕把奶奶惊醒了，就用菜刀把她砍伤了再翻，可是，睡梦中的奶奶就这样倒在了血泊中，再也没有醒来……事后，虽然小新投案自首，但是，却无辜地迁连到一个生命，这是血的教训！

网络，一个熟悉的词语，它包罗万象，神通广大。是利是弊，取决于心态，掌控好，就有机会享受好处，为它折服，惊叹。掌控不好，就只能受到它的侵害，迷醉在它的石榴裙下。

爸爸跟我说过他小的时候，上学放学要走上一个多小时，天天那样来回走，脚磨出了茧，鞋子也穿破了很多双。而我现在，家里有了一辆汽车，就方便极了，想去哪里就去哪儿，要去上学，只要一踩油门，十几分钟就到了学校。

这几天，我生病了，又发烧又咳嗽，上医院看了要打吊针打上几天，但是学校离医院实在是太远了，好在家有汽车，上午我照样去学校上课，一放学，汽车就载着我上医院打针，一溜烟就到了。回想起以前才没有这么好，生病后上医院坐公交车不但挤没地方坐，还有可能碰上几个小偷，有时天公不作美，下起了大雨，又要冒雨前往那个心境别提有多糟。

汽车虽然给我家带来不少方便，但也带来了一些麻烦。

记得那一次我们全家去旅游，已经行驶在回家的路上，开着开着，我们前面几辆车都进入了市区，而最后我家的那辆车却落队了，我的伯伯他们本以为我家汽车马上会跟上来，就停下车打电话给我爸，却打不通，伯伯他们就着急起来，种种情景浮现在我的脑海里，让我们心急如焚。最后，我家的那辆车才慢慢悠悠的开了过来，一问才知道，水箱快没水了，温度太高，停在那里凉一下，手机也没电了。我听了才放下了着的心。

还有一次，爸爸带我去复习班学习，车子本来一路顺风的跑着好好的，可是在半路上突然前面堵车了，后面又有大批的汽车涌过来，进也不是，退也不是，真是进退两难啊！半个多小时过去了，车队没前进多少。这时，几辆车拐进了一条小路，我爸认为可以从那里过去，就抱着试一试的心情进去，但拐进去之后才发现一个死胡同，只好失望的出来。大约过了一个小时，我们的车才安全的开出了这个“华容道”。

啊！有了车就是这样，又方便又麻烦，说不出有车好还是没车好，万事皆有利弊。
