今天我加班，不回去吃饭了。

这句话曾无数次出现于无数个家庭之中，从工人到医生，从公务员到教师，薪资不同，环境不同，可唯一有一点共通，那就是加班。社会上对加班的声讨从来没有断过，那么这个班到底该不该加呢?

我认为加班是可以的，但必须有一个明确的限度和补偿方式。我国实行的是八小时工作制，可现在许多公司硬是扩展了正常工作的时常，远高于八个小时，这严重损害了员工的身体健康及应有的合法权益。导致种种现象的直接原因，我认为，是公司对利润最大化的执着追求，是公司不重视员工身体健康的具体体现，同时也体现了公司法律意识的淡薄。

加班固然被人所讨厌，可有些时候加班是必须的，无法解决的问题。例如说医生正在做一台大手术，难道正常的八小时工作时间一到，正在做手术的医生就可以把手术刀放下，一句“我下班了”之后便一走了之，不顾病人死活，显然是不可以的。

由此可见，对于加班这件事，一味否定或者接受都是不可取的，对于正常的必要的加班时间，每个员工都无可避免，那么当面对无理的加班时，应该怎么做呢?

当然是拿起我们最有力的武器，法律。员工熬夜加班导致猝死的事例已经不是一粒两粒了，为何他们在自己身体已经支撑不住的时候还在继续加班呢?我想多半是迫于上级的压力，不敢提出抗议，更不敢拿法律维护自己应得的权利。对于这些人我想说，身体是革命的本钱，只有拥有了健康的身体，奋斗的一切才有了意义。

对于过度加班问题的解决，需要的是各个方面和各个单位的共同配合。首先是公司内部应当根据自己实际情况制定八小时左右的工作时间，不能过分强制员工加班。其次是相关部门要起到对公司工作时间方面的管理和监督职责。需要员工自己拥有一定的法律意识，善于维权。最后还需制定一系列的补偿措施，对于加班的员工额外的的物质补偿。

我相信在不久之后的将来，加班不再是人们关注的热点和焦点，更不会是损害员工健康的时候有问题。更合理，更科学的工作方式将会取代加班，成为推动社会向前发展，又能保护各方利益的新动力!
