中医儿科学，是一门最能突出中医理法方药、辨证论治核心的临床课之一。中医药院校必须突出中医特色，培养地道的中医人才，这是中医临床教师责无旁贷的责任。面对中医药院校的本科学生，其教学内容，教学方法都要围绕中医特色培养为核心。

1 巩固专业思想，提高专业兴趣

随着国内高等教育改革的不断推进，各高等中医院校都抓住大好机遇，努力扩大招生规模，促使目前在校中医药大学学生人数较以前有较大增长。但与西医院校相比，中医大学生人数仍然相对不足，且很多毕业生走上临床后，很快转向西医，将中医的理法方药完全抛弃，从而导致中医的临床阵地日见萎缩。

对于学生来说：一方面，为了学习中医的真谛，必须大量阅读中医经典著作；一方面，为了学校学习的要求，必须花大量的精力研究西医。更麻烦的是，在学生还没有养成中医的思维习惯时，就整天受西医思维的影响，而且还是皮毛、不成熟的西医思维，毕竟两种医学同样是刚接触。学校里有些老师讲课喜欢中西医结合，也许他们已经能够正确对待两者的联系，可是对学生来说，却是左右顾及不暇。面对学生们的这些困惑，笔者在教学中体会到，本科阶段中医课必须讲地道的中医术语，原汁原味的中医理论思维。西医学不好，可以临床以后再学，而且目前中医院校的研究生毕业论文能否通过，也是以现代医学的实验室指标来判断论文的优劣。本科阶段不突出中医特色，很难培养出中医“科班出身”的学生。

中国古代医家通过医学实践为后人留下了这份珍贵的医学遗产，其科学性可谓烛照千古，后人有责任将之继承和发扬光大。在教学过程中，要注意言传身教，激发学生学习中医的兴趣。中医的诊断与对疾病的认识，有着自己独特的理论与依据，其科学性、严密性与可重复性更是历经千百年而熠熠生辉，结合中医儿科学临床教学，体会到中医的核心就在“藏象”二字。了解了“藏象”也就帮助引导学生真正领会了中医精髓，就跨入了中医的门槛，你将会发现一个别样的医学领域，你也会发现中医才是真正以人为本的医学，其科学性及远见性早已超出了现代医学所达到的高度。西医学至今仍在微观的世界中寻找医学的发展，而中医学早在千百年前就找到了一条整体研究的康庄大道。任何教学法研究，归根结底都在于激发学生的学习兴趣，因为“兴趣和爱好是最好的老师”［1］。

2 比较探索中学习，培养综合分析能力

小儿是“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，但全而未壮，不能简单地把儿童看成是成人的缩影。其生理、病理有其特殊性，中医内科学是在“大三”上学期学习，紧随其后就是中医儿科学。中医儿科与中医内科，很多疾病都重复。如感冒、咳嗽、肺炎、哮喘、泄泻、水肿、紫癜、癫痫等等。儿科即儿内科，疾病虽同，但遣方用药不同。比如说，虽然都辨证为“风寒感冒”内科用“麻黄汤加减”治疗，而儿科则用“荆防败毒散加减”治疗。有的学生就有厌烦情绪，辨证一样用方不一样，产生无所适从的感觉。

怎样讲好中医儿科确实是对中医儿科学教师的一个考验。这是由于小儿生理特点决定的，小儿为稚阴稚阳之体，用药不可大苦大寒、大辛大热、戕伐太过之品，要时时顾护脾胃及生发之气，这也就体现了中医以人为本，综合全面的分析、因人而异的治疗特点。现代教学法改革十分重视引导学生积极探索新事物，努力发现问题和解决问题，重视培养学生的观察力、分析综合力和创造力［2］。美国布鲁纳的“发现教学法”就是主要要求教师善于引导学生去“发现”、“探索”和“解决”问题，让学生开动脑筋获取知识。

只有在比较探索中学习，才能真正学好儿科学，才能体会中医辨证论治、以人为本的精髓。综合分析能力是学好中医的关键所在。

3 加强课堂提问，开展课堂讨论［文章来源于 ］

每堂课开始，用10分钟左右时间，向学生提出富有启发性的问题和前次讲授的重点、难点内容，引导学生积极思考，唤起对已学知识的回忆，促进学生去钻研。提问的形式有多种多样。在提问过程中，可检查学生对已学知识的掌握情况，可培养科学的思维能力和归纳总结能力，锻炼学生的语言表达能力，同时还可暴露教学中存在的问题，以便改进教学内容和方法，提高中医教学质量。为了使学生学到的知识达到融会贯通的程度，要注意开展课堂讨论，在课堂教学的不同阶段，以不同类型的病例作引导，使学生从生动的临床资料中寻找线索，发现问题，作出判断，从而使学生把课堂知识从机械性的记忆变为理解性记忆。在讨论中，让学生积极阐明自己的观点，课堂的气氛即认真，又活跃，且饶有兴趣。通过讨论使学生疏通了思路，开阔了视野，培养学生融会贯通能力，提高了教学质量。

总之，中医儿科教学成功与否，离不开学生的学习兴趣与热情，教师启发式、探索式、讨论式等教学方法都是为了提高学生的学习兴趣，提高教学质量。并应在教学工作中不断探索和调整“教”与“学”的比例。“授人以鱼，只供一饭之需；教人以渔，终身受用无穷”，这句至理名言已成为当代教学方法改革的座右铭。以往很多中医名家不乏师带徒出身，而究其成功之路则是“师傅领进门，修行在个人”，也就是说要求学生要主动思考、要学会自学与会学，把知识变成自己的，在临床中灵活应用。中医药院校由于自身的特点，更应该在教学模式、教学方法上深入研究，不负培养中医特色人才的历史使命。
