关于大学生心理压力问题的调差报告

一、前言

随着社会的发展，社会竞争日益激烈，而作为当代大学生，更是面临了越来越多的压力，家庭、就业、人际交往等各方面的因素，让大学生似乎喘不过气来。如果处理不当，大学生心理健康会造成一定得影响，其后果或大或小，小即产生抑郁、自闭、暴力倾向，大则引发自杀，近年来频繁出现的高校学生自杀现象则证明了这一点。为进一步了解大学生的内心世界，帮助其更好地处理和应对心理压力问题，特进行了此次问卷调查。

三、调查结果分析

随着世界的迅猛发展，社会竞争激烈，社会关系日趋负责，大学生们承担了

来自各方面的压力，家庭的压力、父母的期望、就业的压力和人际关系的复杂在无形中让大学生身体心理方面都受到了一定的影响，大学生学会提高抗压能力更具有挑战性和不可忽视。此次的调查的对象并非同一间学校，而是来自多所高校，一共有效问卷100份，在很大程度上有一定的可靠性，而通过此次的问卷调查，我们总结出了目前大学生普遍存在的心理压力问题如下：

(一)从大学生心理压力程度上看：

调查报告结果显示，在大学生心理压力程度上61%的大学生表示对目前的学习偶尔有压力，而认为压力非常大的占了22%，只有13%的大学生认为很少有压力，这结果表明，对于目前的学习，普遍大学生都存在压力，觉得压力非常大的比重不容忽视。当然在这一点上，也有着不同因素的影响，性别、来自的地区、性格都会对这以数据产生了影响。在调查报告中分析，对于压力程度上男生要比女生压力大：54.55%男生认为压力非常大，女生只占45.45%，跟传统观念很有影响，长期以来，男的都被认为是家里的顶梁柱，是要养家的，要学会独自，学会更好地面对社会，也许很早就在他们的心理扎了根，或是在家人父母的长期教育下，儿子要继承后业，赡养父母下无形中有了担子，特别随年龄的增长，男的比女生更快认识社会的残酷和现实，不免会比女生的压力要大。

除了性别方面对大学生心理压力程度上有影响，学生来自的地区也有着很大的作用。来自农村的学生会普遍比来自城市的学生压力大：在调查报告中显示，选择压力非常大的，农村的是15%，城市的是7%;选择偶尔有压力的，农村的占43%，相对来说，城市的占18%，这一结果也在我的预想中，农村经济、文化等各方面要比城市差，从小，农村的学生就被灌输读好书，走出农村的教育，所以农村的孩子在读书方面也会更努力，可这么一来，压力也无形增加了。再加上也见惯了村里的人不断往城市去就业、谋生，甚至有些人家情愿在城市里租房子住也不愿在农村呆，太多太多的事实摆在农村学生面前，除非自己够优秀，比别人更努力，自己才会有出路，才能摆脱贫困的生活。而城市里的学生也许是过惯了舒适的生活，对生活危机感方面就不会比农村学生敏感，因为他们知道起码自己还有家父母的靠山，压力就会比农村学生压力小一点。

当然，性格因素也起到一定的左右作用。在问及现在的压力性对于以前来说，性格开朗的学生要比内向、冷漠、孤僻的情况要乐观得多。

正如图像显示的，选择压力更大了的人中，性格开朗的人占了43.90%，内向的人占了46.34%,在选择压力小了，性格开朗的人中占了70.97，内向的是25.81,相比下比较悬殊，可见，抗压方面，越开朗的学生心理压力方面要小些，这也许是因为心态不一样，对遇到的困难和挫折表现得就不一样。

(二)大学生心理压力的主要方面

从调查的结果看，大学生心理压力的主要方面主要来自就业压力、家庭压力、人际交往、感情处理这四大方面。

从现实的结果看，在主要心理来源中，77%的学生选择了就业压力、43%的学生选择了家庭压力，32%的学生选择了与老师同学交往的压力，30%选择了感情压力，当然还包括一些其他的压力，77%和43%的比例让我不得不重视大学生的心理负担之重，几乎可以说1中就有6、7个人有就业压力，且差不多一半的人都要有家庭方面的顾虑。在问及家庭教育中给压力最大时，74%的学生选择了是来自父母的期望，18%选择了家境不佳即家庭经济不够好，6%是因为家人关系不好。

从中看出，就业和家庭压力是造成大学生心理压力的主要方面，情感、家庭经济问题也是其中重要的部分。通过对比分析，我们很容易发现一个主线，农村的孩子比城市的孩子压力大，男生比女生的压力大，性格内向比性格开朗的压力大。

(三)压力的来源分析

1、就业压力

就业压力是大学生心理压力的最主要的方面，可以说是几乎存在大学生活中的，并且是随着时间的增加而增加的。社会的复杂，竞争的激烈，人心的难测，让在习惯了风平浪进的大学校园中的大学生们更有恐惧感。近年来，大学生人数越来越多，而相对提供的就业缺口却还是不怎变化，要想在人才济济的社会里钻出一个角落，真是难上难。加上有些同学对自己的专业满意程度不高，在调查中，43%的学生选择了不是很满意，而24%表示没感觉，这么一种状况的确令人担忧，专业方面给不了他们安全感，就外面的竞争又是如此的激烈，两者形成了反差，更是让他们心里忧心忡忡。他们担心就业后的职位不是自己所理想的，工资也怕不尽人意，或是就业中逃脱不了迟早一天被竞争淘汰。

2.家庭压力

来压力来源这块，43%的学生选择了家庭压力，可见份量不乐观。望子成龙，望女成分，一直是众多父母的愿望，他们从小就被授予了高期待，特别是来自农村的学生，这方面的压力会更明显一点。寒窗苦读十几年，家人盼的就是子女能够大学毕业找份好的工作，而学生本身也理所当然地背负了这种期待。他们也想尽自己努力不让家人失望，可反观自己的条件和社会的挑战遍不得不感叹前途渺茫，更是时时担心最终大学毕业就是面临失业，给家人当一棒。除了家人的期待，学生的压力也来自于家庭的家境，18%的学生认为在家庭压力这块，家境不好和家人关系不和谐，也是他们心里负担的一个原因。面对着种种的压力，回家就想好好依靠下，找点温暖和支持，可家人间总是闹矛盾，吵吵闹闹，的确人人很揪心，心情也会不好。从身边的事例中，我们也可发现家庭和谐的学生性格会比较开朗，心理承受压力能力也会强很多。在我们的调查中，也可以发现这一点。

3.人际交往

大学算是半个社会，我们天天都得跟老师同学打交代，相对初中高中来说，和人打交代的频数有了很大的提升，而且面对的人更是各种各种，这要求我们的人际交往技巧能力方面也有所提高。30%的学生选择了与老师同学的交往作为了心理压力的一部分，他们也许烦恼该如何更好地与他们交往，因为在大学，人脉很重要，关系到你的各种评优，况且人际交往能力强的人办事起来都非常顺利，朋友也会有很多。且不谈生活在校园中，仅仅说在宿舍，如何与舍友相处，相互磨合，也需要很好的交流，大学四年，我们几乎都在同一个宿舍，舍友就如家人一样陪伴在身边，如果连和他们都沟通不好，又该如何度过这四年的大学生活。

到了大学，很多人都选择了拍拖，感情的不确定因素，让大学生们也会苦恼

大学生们会尝到更多的甜酸苦辣。调查报告中，也有30%的人把这点列入了造成心理压力的原因。为情所困的例子在我们身边很多，再加上性格内向，不懂得如何去减轻压力的则更容易造成更严重的后果，如失恋自杀现象也不罕见。

5、学习压力

到了大学，面对了和与往不大一样的学科，教师的教学方式也有所改变，虽说学习的东西不会像初中高中那么多，但是要是真正学起来会比以前的多得多，再加上有些学生对自己专业学习的科目不感兴趣，慢慢学会了逃课和养成了厌学心理。而有些是由于在学院当了干部，不能很好得处理学习和工作的关系，变得会很烦恼。一方面既想通过工作得到锻炼，可却往往对学习有所影响。

四、结语

从调查的结果和我们的分析上看，大学生心理压力是普遍存在的，如何更好地去减轻心理压力，促建大学生心理健康，有如下建议及策略：

1.形成良好积极的心态。在成长的道路上，每个人都会遇到困难和挫折，何况生活在小型社会的大学校园里，不要跟别人比，因为“山外有山，人外有人”，做好自己的，找好自己的定位，朝着目标脚踏实地地走，即使在过程中失败了，也要学会坚强站起来，因为眼泪解决不了任何问题。

2.不要过于看重专业的“冷”和“热”。社会是瞬间变化的，没人可以猜测到以后哪个专业会有更好的出路，所以现在也就不会出现“冷”与“热”之分。学好自己的一技之长，因为普遍来说社会还是需要专才的人多，而不是全才。当然专才也并不是不懂其他方面的知识，而是“术业有专攻”。在学会控制好自己的厌学情绪外，还得正确处理好学业和工作的关系，要在这两方面取得丰收，必须付出比常人更大的努力，其中是有得有失的。

3.学会与家人沟通。家庭问题是每个人都会遇到的，重点是我看我们怎么去处理。我们的出生我们不能选择，可我们是可以通过自己的努力改变命运的，要学会体谅家人，无论家人对你什么样的要求，但出发点都是爱你的，要始终认清这一点。要学会和家人沟通，只有走近家人，才会更好地处理与家人发生的矛盾。

4.放开心胸，学会与别人诉说。心情低落，要学会正确地进行心理辅导，比如可以找别人聊天，或是到外面散下步，或是去唱歌，多采取些可以转移注意力的办法去舒缓自己的心情。也许有些人会比较放不开，对周围的人和事会采取一种防备的逃避心理，这时我们需要适当地放下防备，学会走近别人，这样别人也才能走近你的心里。

5学校要多举行有助心理辅导的活动，让学生在活跃的活动气氛中，得到心情的宣泄和放松。开放心理咨询室，让学生有途径去解决自己的困惑，学会把自己的问题说出来，当然也需要心理咨询老师尊重学生的隐私，不泄露学生的秘密，更要更好地进行疏导。
