我的家乡在诸城市，一座座高楼拔地而起，这里的公路四通八达，汽车川流不息。市北有江北最高的电视塔，市南有面积很大的水库，供全市人民日常用水。市区风景优美秀丽，春天到了，樱花街、白玉兰街上鲜花盛开，香气袭人；夜幕降临，和平街就格外明亮，礼花灯、草坪灯、照明灯装点着美丽的和平街。

我的家乡被称为“龙城”，是因为在这里出土了许多恐龙化石，是恐龙的故乡。有的化石被国家博物馆收藏，至今还有许多化石陈列在家乡恐龙公园博物馆。我的家乡也是旅游胜地，马耳山风景名胜区就是其中之一。它属省级森林公园，山脉海拔717.8米，是鲁东南最高最大的山峰。山中森林茂密，奇峰怪石甚多，名胜古迹二十多处，有齐国古长城遗址、狼仙洞、太公祠等，现代诗人臧克家写下了“五岳看山归来后，还是对面马耳亲”的不朽诗作。我的家乡还有“吃在诸城”的雅号。
