This is a cartoon story.

一、问题提出：最近，我发现班里同学近视问题比较严重，很多同学戴上了眼镜，还有很多同学看黑板的字很模糊。为此，我决定进行一次调查

二、调查方法：1、对朋友、同学进行采访；2、上网查阅。

三、问题分析：从调查发现，同学中近视是人数逐年增长，近视程度不断加深，我班有十多人近视，带眼镜的有6人。我对造成同学近视的原因进行了分析，他们都是因为一些不良的用眼习惯造成的。有的人读书写字时姿势不端正，眼与书的距离太近；有的人喜欢躺着看书，走路看书；有的人在太强或太弱的光线下看书；还有的人看书，看电视，上网聊天，玩游戏的时间太长。。。。。。这些不良习惯有些同学几乎都有。他们大多数认为只是偶尔这样做，不至于会近视，可没想到习惯成自然，在不知不觉中影响了眼睛的健康。

四、办法：改变不良的用眼习惯，必须做到以下几点：

1、读书写字时姿势正确、端正，眼与书的距离约33厘米；看电视时，眼与书的距离最好是3米，不能低于2至2。5米。

2、看书一小时后要有适当的休息，远眺几分钟，可有效消除疲劳。

3、要认真做好眼保健操。有效地预防近视的方法就是必须每天认真准确地做2次眼保健操。

4、如果患了近视，就要到医院诊治，以达到治序和预防的目的。

眼镜是心灵的窗户，我们要用眼睛学习知识，看五彩斑斓的世界，假如眼睛出了问题，就会给学习、生活带来许多不便，如，不戴眼镜就看不清东西，跑步、打球、游泳戴着眼镜又很不方便。长大后在就业时，又因为眼睛近视而遇到择业困难。

因此，保护眼睛是多么重要啊！

有一节课上，老师讲到现在的学生有很多近视。我想了解一下情况，所以决定调查一下。

三、分析结果

经调时发现，同学们近视的主要原因是读写姿势不正确，眼睛过度疲劳，而且近视发病率在逐年增长，为了保护我们的眼睛，预防近视，我们一定要注意用眼卫生，不能看电视、玩电脑时间过长，书写时要做到三个“一”手离笔尖一厘米，眼离书本一市尺，胸离课桌一拳头，光线要适中，课间一定要认真做眼保健操，多吃含有维生素α、c、d。眼睛是我们的，我们一定要保护好眼睛。

随着年级升高，我的视力明显减退，班上的近视发病率也越来越高。到底有多少同学和我一样患上了近视呢？全校、全国呢？好奇心促使我对近视发病率进行了调查。
