2009年学校安全工作总结

【内容】： 一学期以来，我校坚持预防为主、防治结合、加强教育、群防群治的原则，通过安全教育，增强学生的安全意识和自我防护能力；通过齐抓共管，营造全校教职员工关心和支持学校安全工作的局面，从而切实保障师生安全和财产不受损失，维护学校正常的教育教学秩序。

一、领导重视措施有力

为进一步做好安全教育工作，切实加强对安全教育工作的领导，学校把安全工作列入重要议事日程，学校校长直接抓，各班主任具体分工负责组织实施。

二、制度保证措施到位

1、建立安全保卫工作领导责任制和责任追究制。由学校党总支书记、校长负责，将安全保卫工作列入各有关处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。

2、签订责任书。学校与班主任层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。将安全教育工作作为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

三、齐抓共管群防群治

四、加强教育，促进自护

要确保安全，根本在于提高安全意识、自我防范和自护自救能力，抓好安全教育，是学校安全工作的基础。我们以交通安全教育活动月为重点，经常性地对学生开展安全教育，特别是抓好交通、大型活动等的安全教育。

3、提倡学生步行上学，不准学生骑车上学。

五、加强检查，及时整改

开展常规检查。每学期开学以后，学校把安全教育工作作为重点检查内容之一。汛前，学校对校舍进行全面的安全检查。

六、存在的主要问题和下步的打算

我们在安全保卫方面做了一些工作，安全保卫工作得到加强，但是安全保卫工作的难度越来越大，学校安全保卫工作的形势仍然比较严峻。

1、社会育人环境存在不利于师生安全的因素。近几年来，在各级党委政府的领导下，通过有关职能部门的集中综合整治，学校周边环境有明显的好转。

2、学校安全工作的难度不断增大。学生中独生子女越来越多，独生子女在家庭中往往受保护较多，而缺乏生活经验。学生作为社会的弱势群体，多数自我保护意识和安全防范能力低，大大增加了学校安全工作的难度。

background of english teaching in primary school: it is not a long history that english is as a subject in primary school in our country and the main instructional aims of teaching english in primary school is to cultivate pupils’ basic abilities of their listening and speaking and their good sense of the english language. our boys and girls are exposed to english for the first time, so it is very important to develop their keen interest in english.

i. contents:

today i’m going to talk about part b of unit 2, pep primary english, book 3. this lesson includes two parts: let’s talk and let’s practice. in section 1, it mainly deals with the dialogue about “what’s in the schoolbag?” and the answers. and in section 2, it provides a real situation for the ss to prastise the pattern: how many n.(pl.) do you have? and the answer: i have 23 n.(pl.)

ii. teaching aims

1. aims on the knowledge

(1) to enable the ss to understand and speak: “my schoolbag is heavy. what’s in it? thank you sooooooo much.” make sure that ss can use these sentences in real situations.

(2) to help ss to finish the survey.

(3) let ss finish the assessment of “let’s check” in this unit.

2. aims on the abilities

(1) to develop ss’ abilities of listening and speaking.

(2) to train the ss’ ability of working in groups.

(3) to foster ss’ abilities of communication and their innovation.

3. aims on the emotion

as we all know: the main instructional aims of learning english in primary school is to cultivate pupils’ basic abilities of listening and speaking and their good sense of the english language. so in this lesson i’ll mainly use “task-based” teaching method. that is to say, i will let the ss learn in real situations, finish a task by making a survey to help the ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue. i will arrange four kinds of activities: singing, guessing game, finishing a survey and having a competition. and in this lesson a recorder, cai, school things and a printed form will be needed. students should prepare some school things.

县学校安全工作计划

一、指导思想

安全工作是保护国家财产和学校财产的安全，保护广大师生的根本利益和生命安全，保障正常教学秩序的需要。我们要从促进社会和谐、促稳定的高度，充分认识到学校安全工作的重要性和必要性，认真贯彻落实“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，以对人民群众负责，对师生负责的高度态度，处理好学校安全工作与提高学校教育教学质量的关系。把安全工作纳入学校重要议事日程，采取必要措施，保障学校安全工作落到实处，为师生营造一个安全祥和的工作和学习环境。

二、主要工作及措施

1、成立领导小组

充分重视安全工作，并从人力、制度上进行落实，已确保安全工作的实施。故此我们必须提高思想认识，步调一致，齐抓共管，确保学校各项安全工作措施的落实。学校成立以校长为组长，班主任为成员的学校安全工作领导小组，全体成员要本着对学校负责的思想，要有高度的事业心和责任感，各司其职，配合派出所严密防范做好学校周边安全工作，努力清除各种影响学校安全和稳定的隐患，保障全体师生能在良好的环境中工作、学习。

2、建立健全规章制度

做好学校安全工作，就必须有章可循，确定安全工作第一责任人和直接责任人，组织师生学习安全方面的法律法规，定期出版墙报、专栏，定期开展广播，刊登、播出安全知识，利用升旗仪式、班队课等开展安全讲座，对学生进行安全教育，提高学生安全意识。

3、建立安全工作责任制

(1)、学校与每位签定安全工作责任书。

(2)、制订安全管理工作各项制度。

4、贯彻安全第一，预防为主的方针

“隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山”，做好学校安全工作，关键是要防范于未然。我校将实行定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制度。每天都要组织老师和值日队对校门口、校园等地方的巡逻，节假日都要安排老师值班巡逻，做好防盗、防火等工作，每天上放学学校保安人员要维持好校门口的交通秩序，严禁校外车辆未经同意私自进校。加大对校门口周围的整治力度，尤其是不让小商贩在校门口摆摊设点，校门口不准摆卖东西和停放车辆。确保师生人身安全，发现重要情况，及时上报，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

5、全面开展安全大检查

学期开始再对学校每个角落进行地毯式的大检查，发现隐患，及时整改，特别是教室的门窗、学校围墙、供电、等更要定期检查，对较旧的电气设备、电线、灭火设施等进行更换，杜绝隐患。

6、教育教学安全

(1)各科任老师要继续与学生建立良好的师生关系，用科学的方法教育学生，积极研究学生的心理、生理变化，加强心理辅导，每天晨检时间对学生进行一次安全教育，严禁体罚和变相体罚学生。

(2)由学校组织的各项活动，要制订好详细具体的、切实可行的安全工作预案，各班都要周密考虑，分工明确，责任到人，严格管理。各责任人要切实负起责来，不能有丝毫大意。

(3)体育课及其他室外游戏，教师要全程监督。活动量大的要向学生讲清要求，问清学生能否参加，不应勉强。

7、交通安全

(1)班主任应把严格遵守交通法规作为必讲内容，要教育骑车、步行的学生靠右行、靠边行。

(2)学校保安人员要进一步增强责任心，按时到岗到位，加强校内巡逻，认真做好保卫工作。

(3)各班要坚持排队放学制度，切实执行学校按时清校的规定，严禁教师放学留学生，有特殊情况必须与其家长取得联系。

(4)严禁未满12周岁的学生骑车上学。

(5)加强门卫的工作责任，校门口不得乱停车辆，闲杂人员不得进入校园，外来人员进入校园要办理登记手续。

8、教学设施安全

(1)电器、教具使用前要进行安全检查，如有故障要及时排除。按规定接插线，接插线前要检查电线绝缘皮是否完好，不得乱拉电线。

(2)体育器械在使用前体育教师或活动辅导老师要认真检查一遍，确定完好后方可组织学生使用。使用时教师不得离开，要随时关注学生的活动，加强保护，防范事故的发生。

(3)加强对学生日常行为规范教育，上下楼梯*右轻走，严禁在楼梯走廊内追逐、打闹。

(4)完善防火设施，设置警示标志。

安全工作是学校的头等大事，让我们全体职工积极行动起来，人人讲安全，个个关心安全，时时处处绷紧安全这根弦，为把我校建成安全、文明的学习乐土而努力！

9、要求学生做到10个方面

1)、严禁攀坐上下楼护栏，不得在各楼层的楼梯或走廊追逐，奔跑，打闹、以防跌倒、摔伤;课间操、放学下楼梯、升旗集会解散时不要拥挤，推搡，按顺序和学校规定的分流要求上下课、间操、升旗、放学，以防发生踩踏事故。

2)、不摸、不动灭火器材、电线、各种开关;为防止火灾和意外事故，除实验外，所有教室及其他场所严禁违反规定使用明火。

3)、严守交通规则，注意交通安全。出入校门步行，放学后不要在校门外逗留;上下学途中步行要注意安全。严禁野浴。

4)、克制自我，禁止打架伤害行为的发生。(不要把与学习无关的物品带入校内。如刀具、棍棒等)

5)、妥善保管好个人钱物，将个人随身所带的钱币不要放在教室。教学楼内一旦发生火;灾地震等以外事情时要按演练逃生方法去撤离出教学楼。

6)、实验课、体育活动及课外活动要严格服从老师指挥，严守操作规范，严禁擅自行动，防止各种危害安全的现象发生。

7)、培养坚韧、顽强的意志，克服心理上的软弱;学会自我调解和放松，缓解过重的心理压力，最终战胜自我，取得成功。

8)、在学校各种劳动中注意安全，如扫地，擦窗户，搬桌子等，预防意外事故。在学校操场活动时禁止到西侧树墙里去玩耍，以防雷电击伤。

9)、预防各种传染病。各班要注意开窗，有病早报告，早治疗。

10)、参与学校安全管理工作，发现存在的问题，及时向老师报告以便学校把安全工作越做越好。

today, i’ll say something about unit 9 part a in book 4 of oxford english.

background on the reformation of curriculum, this book can connect the life and act, emphasize the interest and experience of the ss, the pictures are active and vivid. grade four is the initial stage of english learning, so it stresses on the emotion of the ss, creates a well beginning for the ss. this unit has 7 parts, we’ll learn part a mainly, it embodies the repeating characterize. review the learned language points “where’s…”and the new language points will be represented in the following units. so this unit forms connecting links with a special meaning in this book.

the content of this period is to use “where’sare…” to determine the place. and according to the contents and the fact of the ss, i establish the following three teaching aims of this period:

the first one: students can listen, read, say and spell the following words: a glass, a fridge, an egg, bread and a table.

the second one: students can listen, read, say and write the following daily expressions: what’s for breakfast?

have some juice then.

the third one: students can listen, read, say and write the following sentence patterns: where’swhere are themy…

it’s they’re…

there’s no …in on near…

i think the most difficult point of this period is to make sure the students can use the patterns “where’swhere are…and there is no …inonnear…” in their daily life correctly.

and i will use some pictures, words and sentence cards, a tape recorder and the multi-media computer to help me achieve the aims.

the task-based method, communicated method, group cooperate method will be used in this period.

to accomplish the aims, i design the following steps:

step 1 songs and the game arousers the emotion.

in order to attract the ss’ attention and construct an atmosphere of learning english, i let the students sing some english songs and play the game “simon says”. at the same time the game can review the prep, serve the knowledge as foil and consist the appearance of the knowledge.

step 2 change class to life, happy to say.

the substance of language is communication and the environment of communication is life. so when i present the sentence pattern “what’s for breakfast?” i first show a clock to elicit the time for breakfast, teach the sentence. then show my own photo of having breakfast, ss ask and guess. in this way i can attract ss’ attention, encourage ss to ask qs with the new knowledge.

most of the ss have learnt the sentence pattern: where’s…? so i design a task for ss to help helen find the food and drinks for breakfast, and teach the new language points: where are…? they’re … meanwhile stick the sentences on the bb.
