《Beyond Feelings》读后感(一)：打造头脑的思考力

并没有所谓的颠覆认知的程度，可能因为之前读过庄子，二者有很多道理相通。比如，每个人都活在某种局限之中，所以不要认为你的观点就一定对，一定比别人的好；当人们意识到自己错了之后，会陷入自我保护机制，拒绝接受事实。都是满足了ego的需求啊。要形成批判思维应该做到，谨慎检查每一个观点，有支持它的理由依据吗？这个依据是事实吗？

《Beyond Feelings》读后感(二)：Keep Calm Stay Controlled

今天看Be observant，建议应该多留意，多观察，不要只关注自己。有点疑惑，我们那么在意别人的一举一动，对于critical thinking有什么好处呢？！

看完公正，接着看这本还蛮搭的。读到的一些例子如代孕等观点。英文书看起来没那么枯燥。未完待续。哒哒哒

希望这个月把这本书看完。

《Beyond Feelings》读后感(三)：刚刚入门

感受：这篇感觉有点难，很粗略地把它看下来了，critical thinking算是入门，但我感觉我还有很长的路要走，才能学会这种思维方式。现在看着目录，感觉作者分三个部分，

第一个部分：介绍critical thinking并说了关于证据、事实、你的观点和争论这几方面的内容，现在我已经忘记作者讲了什么了，忏愧啊。

第二个部分：讲的是你思维的误区，包括很多方面，我中招的地方也有许多。

第三个部分：策略，教你如何改善你的不足。

结构十分完整，不过里面的应用我都没有做，忏愧啊（第二次了，my god)，感觉可以再读一次这本书，也应该再读一些类似的书，然后才可能对critical thinking 有更好的理解，然后才能更好的运用。不过单词看起来不难，读起来却不容易，可能就是所谓的熟词生义吧，看来我的英语阅读水平还有很长一段路要走啊。

读的时候，老是会想一下自己在哪里曾经犯过作者说的误区，像“老子天下第一”（me-is-better)这些就很容易被作者引起你的想象，想自己什么时候犯过这个。另外还会偶尔想起舍友的行为或他们跟我的对话，想想哪些地方十分符合作者所描述的，这些就是我们需要改进的。

其中我印象最深的就是作者几乎在第一章末尾，都写有相同的一段。大意是叫我们研究一个问题的时候，在网上找到所有可以找到的观点，如果你100%认同或100%不认同就要好好小心，多确认一下哪里可能有误区，最后把其中的insightful的观点总结出来写下来，这个应该对critical thinking 很有帮助，以后研究问题可以这样做。

作者还说，研究问题尽量缩小研究范围，这样才能得到较好的insightful观点。

以后再读这本书了，现在开始读The Willpower Instinct，期待。

【透析成果】这是我读过的第五本外文原著了，但是第一本我读过的非故事类的书，相对其他基本来的更为枯燥，但是还是坚持下来了，以下是我透析出来的单词或者词组，共计84个。其中staphylococcus这个单词作为生物专业的我没有认出来我真心可以吃大便了。

【透析感悟】

道理大家都懂，但是实施起来总是那么困难，比如说你要说服对方某一件事，但是前提你必须尊敬他，可是很少有人做到啊，直接上来就撕逼了。举个例子，我到现在都不能说服我妈妈不要买减肥药和买美容液所推销的一系列东西，我已经放弃去说服她了。最近也读完了李笑来老师的《与时间做朋友》，这两本书看一本即可，不过我还是推荐李笑来老师的。为什么呢？因为总归所有的问题都是mind的问题，shit!

看到这段话的时候，我笑裂了。来，感受一下。

个人感觉和思考上的差别。

To sum up the relationship between feeling and thinking, feelings need to be tested before being trusted, and thinking is the most reasonable and reliable way to test them.

我把批判性思考者的特点写在了我的豆瓣主页上，必须立刻马上向这样的一类人进行靠拢，而不是看到网上偶像骂战不经思考就快速站队，这样给人造成不理智的一种形象。我有一整年心情不是特别好的时候，我采取的是一种比较极端但是想来非常痛快的方式，成为蜜饯和马蜂对骂，哦，这两种是杨幂的两种粉丝，我当然是用生命来黑杨幂的。

前几天看了老树画画的一个视频，将回归本心这一主题的，我们从小到大被塑造成的集体人格，集体人格是个什么样的表现呢，这本书里有段话可以很好的反应。our pride in our own religion can lead us to dismiss too quickly the beliefs and practices of other religions and ignore mistakes in our religious history. Our preference for our own political party

can make us support inferior candidates and programs. Our allegiance to our own opinions can shut us off from other perspectives, blind us to unfamiliar truths, and enslave us to yesterday’s conclusions.

我会将这本书保存下来的，虽然我没有将他的逻辑进行梳理和用纸笔---这种最原始的方法记录下他给出的意见，整本书的顺序非常棒，直接可以在目录上找到你想要的答案，以及在提出一个问题的时候，作者会梳理前面所讲的。概括就是：凡事讲求证据，并且理智正确的表达出来。
