高中班主任工作计划范文精选

本学期我接手新编高二(2)班的班级管理工作。该班是新组成的物理普通班，共有学生52名学生，女生6人，男生46人。有6名学生来自高一年级的实验班。

从8月份全班参加军训的表现和开学初的学情观察来看，绝大部分同学纪律观念强，学习态度认真，上进心强，有活力，有朝气，是一个有很大可塑性的集体。

三、配合学校政体处和年级开展的德育中心工作，有步骤、分阶段地开展塑造学生美好心灵的工作。

四、发现、确立并培养本班的特长生，努力促成学生的个性化发展。

具体设想如下：第一、思想行为规范管理方面：出国留学网

1、组织临时班委会，授权临时班委会召集学生代表共同商议制定出本班文明公约。

2、要求全体学生认真学习《江门一中20XX届学生行为规范》和《高二级文明班风评比量化评分细则》，认真领会本班文明公约的内涵，并牢记本班文明公约条款。3、要求学生牢记本人编写的常规口诀

穿戴校服要整齐，校卡照片是自己。准时到校不早退，病假事假及时请。

升旗做操站好队，闭口不谈闲言语。公区值日不迟到，课桌周围保洁好。

头发长短正合适，首饰手机留家里。课堂听讲要专心，作业准时不扣分。

珍惜时间学问忙，双修纪律不能忘。品德优秀学习棒，人前人后一个样。

4、利用学期初的班会课特别强调要树立集体意识、服从意识、涅意识。5、严格执行值日班干今日我当家制度。定期培训主要班干，教给工作方法。

第二、树立良好班风方面。

1、利用班会课开展榜样教育。

2、名人知多少读书活动;

3、建立班级青春书架(因为无班费，准备发动学生自愿捐书;本人计划捐出杂志60本;书籍存放在三个空书柜中，安排专人管理。)

4、树立三个思想健康、成绩优秀的学生为班级楷模。第三、配合学校年级德育工作方面。

九月份：1、带领学生认真学习我校各项规章制度，《江门一中学生行为规范》，加强对学生的养成教育。2、学生组织树立一中人意识，塑造一中人形象主题班会。2、指导开好庆祝教师节迎中秋佳节茶话会。3、庆佳节黑板报出刊。4、学习新校训，学唱校歌。5、收看卫生健康知识讲座。

十月份：1、向学生进行安全教育，听取法制教育报告。2、学法交流黑板报出刊。3、讲诚信，拒偷盗主题班会。4、运动会动员。5、分次公布单元测试情况，鞭策学生不断前进。6、参加学校运动会。7、确定班级特长生和帮教生。

第二篇

珍贵的三年的高中生活已接近尾声，感觉非常有必要总结一下高中三年的得失，从中继承做得好的方面改进不足的地方，使自己回顾走过的路，也更是为了看清将来要走的路。

学习成绩不是非常好，但我却在学习的过程中收获了很多。首先是我端正了学习态度。在我考进高中时，脑子里想的是好好放松从重压下解放出来的自己，不想考上好的大学，然而很快我就明白了，高中需努力认真的学习。在老师的谆谆教导下，看到周围的同学们拼命的学习，我也打消了初衷，开始高中的学习旅程。懂得了运用学习方法同时注重独立思考。要想学好只埋头苦学是不行的，要学会“方法”，做事情的方法。古话说的好，授人以鱼不如授人以渔，我来这里的目的就是要学会“渔”，但说起来容易做起来难，我换了好多种方法，做什么都勤于思考，遇有不懂的地方能勤于请教。在学习时，以“独立思考”作为自己的座右铭，时刻不忘警戒。随着学习的进步，我不止是学到了课本知识，我的心智也有了一个质的飞跃，我认为这对于将来很重要。在学习知识这段时间里，我更与老师建立了浓厚的师生情谊。老师们的谆谆教导，使我体会了学习的乐趣。我与身边许多同学，也建立了良好的学习关系，互帮互助，克服难关。我在三年的高中学习中，我认真积极参加每次实验，锻炼了自我的动手和分析问题能力，受益匪浅。

一直在追求人格的升华，注重自己的品行。我崇拜有巨大人格魅力的人，并一直希望自己也能做到。在三年中，我坚持着自我反省且努力的完善自己的人格。三年中，我读了一些名著和几本完善人格的书，对自己有所帮助，越来越认识到品行对一个人来说是多么的重要，关系到是否能形成正确的人生观世界观。所以无论在什么情况下，我都以品德至上来要求自己。无论何时何地我都奉行严于律己的信条，并切实的遵行它。平时友爱同学，尊师重道，乐于助人。以前只是觉得帮助别人感到很开心，是一种传统美德。现在我理解道理，乐于助人不仅能铸造高尚的品德，而且自身也会得到很多利益，帮助别人的同时也是在帮助自己。回顾三年高中生活，我很高兴能在同学有困难的时候曾经帮助过他们，相对的，在我有困难时我的同学们也无私的伸出了援助之手。对于老师，我一向是十分敬重的，因为他们在我彷徨的时候指导帮助我。如果没有老师的帮助，我可能将不知道何去何从。我现在领悟到，与其说品德是个人的人品操行，［文章来源于 ］不如说是个人对整个社会的责任。一个人活在这个世界上，就得对社会负起一定的责任义务，有了高尚的品德，就能正确认识自己所负的责任，在贡献中实现自身的价值。

体育成绩一向很好。我的体质并非很出色，可是通过我的练习和对体育项目的理解，还是能很好的完成体育课的教授项目。我喜欢运动，基本对所有运动都感兴趣，尤其是足球。在三年之后的今天，我的球技有了质的提高，脚法和意识。我是从高一开始接触足球，起步比较迟，可进步很快，总能在同一水平的伙伴中踢一段时间后脱颖而出。我认为这可能是由于抱定了要踢好的决心，也许还有那么点运动天赋。踢足球不仅锻炼了身体，而且增强了团队精神和集体荣誉感。

个人认为这个世界上并不存在完美的人，每个人都有自己的优点缺点，但关键是能否正视并利用它们。三年来，我不断的自我反省，归纳了一些自己的优缺点。

我的优点是诚实、热情、性格坚毅。我认为诚信是立身之本，所以我一直是以言出必行来要求自己的，答应别人的事一定按时完成，记得有好几次，同学或老师约了我见面，我答应以后必定按时到达指定约会地点，即使有急事也从不失约，给他们留下了深刻的映像。由于待人热情诚恳，所以从小学到高中一直与同学和老师相处得很好，而且也很受周围同学的欢迎，与许多同学建立起深厚的友谊。在学习知识的同时，我更懂得了，考虑问题应周到，这在我的毕业论文设计中充分展示了出来。我这个人有个特点，就是不喜欢虎头蛇尾，做事从来都是有始有终，就算再难的事也全力以赴，追求最好的结果，正因为如此，我把自己的意志视为主要因素，相信只要有恒心铁棒就能磨成针。一个人最大的敌人不是别的什么人，而是他本身。这么多年来，我一直都是在跟自己作战，准确地说，是和自己的意志战斗。现在回想起来，我确实比以前坚毅了许多，但我不会松懈下来的。以上这些优点，是我今后立身处世的根本，我应该继续保持，并不断以此鞭策自己奋发向上。

我个人认为自己最大的缺点就是喜欢一心两用甚至多用。急功近利，喜欢一口气学许多东西，但是贪多嚼不烂，即使最后都能学会，也已经搞得自己很疲劳。如今想想，这样其实并不好，正所谓贵在精而不在广。如果我一段时期内专注于一种学问，不求博但求精，相信一定能更深刻的理解并掌握这门知识。自从我发现自己有这个缺点和问题后，我常常警戒自己，步入社会后也不能一心两用。

通过三年的高中生活，学到了很多知识，更重要的是有了较快掌握一种新事物的能力。思想变成熟了许多，性格更坚毅了。认识了许多同学和老师，建立起友谊，并在与他们的交往中提升了自身素质，认清了自身的一些短处并尽力改正。社会实践能力也有很大提高，为将来的人生之路奠定了基础。

三年的高中生活是我人生这条线上的一小段，是闪闪发光的一段，它包含了汗水和收获，为我划平人生的线起着至关重要的作用。
