近来，董事长给我们推荐了美国心灵导师威尔·鲍温的最新力作《不抱怨的世界》，本人有幸先阅为快。该书确实值得我们认真学习和领会，相信会让各位受益匪浅，甚至使你的命运得以改善，享受到工作和人生的快乐!

人的一生，必然要工作，要发展自己，每个人都希望实现 自己的美好愿望和理想，但他需要一辈子的奋斗才可能得以实现。然而，在现实生活中，我们每个人都难免要遭遇很多挫折和失败或不尽如人意的事情。每当这时，有些人便不能正确对待，产生不满，引发很多牢骚和抱怨，往往是怨天、怨地、怨命运、怨同事、怨领导……

其实抱怨的最大受害者是自己。有的人自认为才华横溢，却得不到提升，他们怀疑环境不好，对工作总是抱怨不休，不认为主动完成工作是自己的责任，而将诉苦和抱怨视为理所当然;还有不少人自命清高、眼高手低，他们动辄感到自己的能力没有得到展示、领导对自己不重视、单位对自己不公平，因而在思想上产生严重的抵触情绪，聪明才智没有用于思考如何尽善尽美做好工作，而是整日抱怨，把大好的光阴和精力，在怠慢的蹉跎中白白浪费掉了。一个人一旦被抱怨束缚，不尽心尽力，应付工作，在任何单位都是自毁前程。没有人会因为喋喋不休的抱怨而获得奖励和提升，在10个失业者中至少有9个人抱怨原上级或同事的不是，绝少有人能够认识到，自己之所以失业是失职的后果。

袁辉是一名汽车修理工，从开始就抱怨“太脏、太累”，讨厌这份工作，因此便偷懒耍滑，应付师傅。转眼几年过去，当时与他一同进厂的两个工友，各自凭着精湛的手艺，或被公司送进大学进修，或另谋高就。独有袁辉，仍旧在抱怨中做他讨厌的修理工。抱怨的结果当然不会得到更多的重视和提拔，不会得到更好的待遇。不抱怨是一种最起码的道德。

如果你选择了在某个单位工作，就应该做到在其位、尽其责、谋其政，全身心地投入到具体工作中去，坚持对你所承担的事情竭尽全力、主动负责。这样你会得到极大的锻炼和成长，当你真正有了责任感，有了全面的工作能力，相信你一定会得到发展。

一个单位、一个企业、一个领导，他们都会重视人才，选拔人才。每个人无论职位高低，都应当把自己的聪明才智在工作中充分展现出来。当你通过勤奋努力取得了成绩、做出了贡献的时候，也就是你受到肯定和重用、体现个人价值、享受工作快乐的时候。

付出终有回报，无怨方能无悔。这也是我一生工作中的实践体会吧!

今年暑假翻看了美国作家威尔鲍温的《不抱怨的世界》，在细读了以后，真正理会了其中的道理。也许有人会说，不抱怨如何让人发泄，长期不抱怨会不会得病。其实不抱怨是人生的一种境界，是一种放下挫折和不满去寻找和追求新目标的一种衔接方式。真正的做到不抱怨，再加上努力和拼搏，你的事业会更加成功，你的人生会更加美好。

在现实生活中，在我们渴望寻找人生幸福和快乐之时，我们每个人都难免要遭遇很多挫折和失败或不尽如人意的事情。每当这时，有些人便不能正确对待，产生不满，引发很多牢骚和抱怨，往往是怨天、怨地、怨命运、怨同事、怨领导…… 其实抱怨的最大受害者是自己。抱怨虽然没有明显的恶果，但一种心怀感恩、宽容大度的态度却给我们带来另外一种人生，如果做到这一点我们的人生会更加快乐。不抱怨需要一个过程，加入“不抱怨”活动，戴上紫手环，让快乐代替抱怨，关闭那扇抱怨之门。

细细想想，人生真正值得抱怨的理由真的很少，但人都不想抱怨，可都禁不住的报怨。也许经过了众多挫折和困苦之后，人们需要更多的抱怨，可是抱怨又有什么用处，又能解决什么问题?长期抱怨之后，也许有一天我们会真正成为现代的“祥林嫂”。我们要学会更多的放弃，放弃过去的挫折带给我们的伤害和痛楚，我们要对未来充满信心，为自己寻找更多的前进的借口。

在工作中，我们更应该放弃抱怨。我们常常会抱怨工作环境不好，同事之间不够和谐，工资不高等等，但当我们放弃抱怨，心怀感恩，用一颗宽容的心投入工作时，你会发现你所期待的一切又已“水到渠成”。过多的抱怨不仅不能解决问题，只能让你的心情更加不好。学会不抱怨之后,心情会比较开朗,也会有能量去面对生活中的各种难题。

书中不乏至理名言，但我却深深的记住了一句话：任何人和团队要成功，就永远不要抱怨，因为抱怨不如改变，要有接纳批评的包容心，以及解决问题的行动力。 朋友，试着加入“不抱怨”活动吧!不要匆匆经历这个过程，这不是赛跑，而是一种过程。从带着紫手环的那一刻起，你就在改变，你用你的意志在完成一种挑战，为自己创造心想事成的无怨人生的挑战。放弃抱怨，相信自己!

书中写道“你会为了最微不足道的小事而感恩，就连以前觉得理所当然的事也不例外”“活出感恩的生命，而非抱怨的生命，就能发挥这种确保健康的力量”是的，对生活怀有一颗感恩之心的人，生命会时时得到滋润，即使遇到再大的困难，也能熬过去，喜欢抱怨的人，即使是福至将来也会变成祸。曾经看过这样一段话：“活在感恩的世界里：感激斥责你的人，因为他助长了你的智慧;感激绊倒你的人，因为他强化了你的能力;感激遗弃你的人，因为他教导你应该自立;感激欺骗你的人，因为他增进了你的见识;感激伤害你的人，因为他磨练了你的心志……”这是一种积极的心态，一种智慧的生活态度，人人都怀有一颗如此感恩的心，那么人生一定会过得坚实而有信心!因为感恩，我们才拥有了一个多彩的社会。

因为出于我不明白我要到底要买什么书来看，边上网查找好书，这本《不抱怨的世界》吸引了我的眼球，便买了来看，这本书被面有些者建议上架：成功心理，那更吸引我的眼球，使我如饥似渴的看了起来。

书中分为四个部分，分别为无意识的无能，有意识的无能，有意识的无能，有意识的有能，无意识的有能。就是养成不抱怨21天中的四个阶段。

在文中，作者告诉了我们抱怨是是什么，是有什么引起和它的危害，并列举了许多有关抱怨和不抱怨的事例。还有许多的实验和读者心灵之间的交流，有许多有关书中内容的名言，还有让你怎么去让你身边的人不抱怨及一些心理反应，都很适用于生活之中。

书中有两件事最令我震撼，第一件事，有一辆卡车撞死了作者家的够，然而那个司机却跑了，作者死命追上他，设置还有这样的想法：等我追上他，一定要把那个卡车司机揍死，从中就能体会到作者是那种敢于与读者分享，最后，在愤怒之后，他就明白了：那个卡车司机虽然撞死了狗，但其实他才是内心最受伤害的那个人。 第二件事，作者又一次在开车时，看到路上有一个告示牌，上面写着：如果你快乐，就按喇叭。来到那个安放告示牌的人家，得之了那个只有半年光阴的女人的丈夫给她安放的，而那个女人在每天听到那么多的喇叭声，直到世界是那么快乐，他身边也有很多快乐的人。渐渐变得乐观起来，使她战胜了渺茫的存活概率，得以拥抱生命。

这本书可能再讲一些理论是时会无聊，但是正是需要理解这正是要理解这些东西，才让我明白我的抱怨是有多么的严重，明白了不抱怨的好处，也同样开始21天的不抱怨练习，在其中，我的言语会控制了，心情也变得很好，总往乐观的方面想，也是我快乐了许多。在生活中进行，不会耗掉你的时间又能使心情变好，名副其实是一本好书。
