但另一方面海龟朝着体现了我国人才市场的需求，事实上海归相比于国内应试教育培养出来的学子，且留学深造更加具备独特的学识能力，甚至品格，在人们心中已经是，在我国人才市场中倍受青睐，更加吃香，这成了海外学子选择回国就业的很大动力。

可是海归就果真更加优秀吗?答案当然是否定的，伟大的诺贝尔奖获得者屠呦呦，被人称为三无科学家，其中就包括没有海外留学经历，唯海归论，对于社会只能是有害无益海归潮，未免没有滥竽充数之途，这些人占着高位秉着高薪，却没有什么能力对于社会公平与效率造成伤害。几年前一档求职节目中，一个自称在海外留学7年的海归连英语都讲不通顺，由此引发了人们对海归的反思。

海归潮对助推中国经济发展起着不小的作用，然而我们更要客观看待海归，而不是盲目的给他们贴上自我标榜的高大上的标签，出国留学入市海外包装回国更不应该成为滥竽充数之途获取优越感的平台。要加强人才市场的管理，不能让怀着侥幸心理的人有机可乘，更加要贯彻科教兴国战略，注重人才全面发展，使国内学子与海归在竞争中享有平等的地位。当然对于愿意回国报效祖国的积极进取的学子，也要给予鼓励与点赞，把他们的爱国精神影响深入每一个学子的心中，理性看待海归潮，让海归潮成为推动中国发展的势不可挡的力量之潮，共促中国梦实现。

海归，归来的是振兴中华强大的力量，在10年甚至几十年前，中国正在处于落后时期，国外优越的学习环境，先进的科学技术，吸引着无数中华青年前往，在那个时代愿意回国发展的人少之又少，中国落后的社会使这些青年们望而却步，然而有一些青年仍然不畏艰险，毅然回国发展，而这些回国发展的青年们成为了中国现代化建设的一股中坚力量，比如钱学森与两弹元勋邓稼先，他们带来了国外先进的技术和知识，突破一个又一个难关，自己身陷贫困，连温饱都不能解决，却因为国家的落后，为了国家重新强大起来，我相信现在归来的学子们也将会成为社会主义国家的左膀右臂，在日益增强的中国社会里创造出一片新天地来。

海归归来的是中华复兴的强烈期盼，许多外出留学的学生们在看到国家一步步富强起来，国家的愿望都是无比强烈的，在2016年9月份，神舟10号成功发射升天，一个记者在国外采访一位留学生，记者问他看到这样的新闻，你有所感想吗?他激动的流泪说，国家终于强大起来了，我现在最大的期望就是毕业后回到祖国发展，报效祖国，为国增添一份新的力量，多少游子在国外，看到中国日益强盛的道路，怀着必胜的决心和迫切的希望回到国家国家的强盛，正是近些年来海归潮方兴未艾的重要原因，他们怀揣的是对中华民族复兴的强烈期盼。

我们家有一个“海归”，那就是我的奶奶。

暑假，一把年纪的奶奶也时髦了一把——她出国了。“轻装上阵”的奶奶满载而归，给我带了我最喜爱的巧克力、海苔，还有令我目不暇接的漂亮的照片！

我打开一个包装精美的盒子，一股香甜的味道扑鼻而来。一个个巧克力整齐地摆放在盒子里，有贝壳形状的，有小虾形状的，有田螺形状的……如果把这些巧克力比作一件件艺术品，那制作巧克力的艺术家的本领可真是了不起！

我拿起一个巧克力，放进嘴里细细品尝，香香甜甜的牛奶味滑过舌尖，嘴巴轻轻一抿，巧克力就在口中融化了。这滋味，如果称天下第二，还有什么能称天下第一呢？吃着巧克力，我仿佛在巧克力的海洋里遨游，忘记了一切烦恼，是多么幸福啊！

打開海苔的包装袋，一片片薄如蝉翼的绿色海苔让我垂涎三尺。我下意识地拿起一片海苔塞进嘴里，“咔嚓”两下，味蕾们仿佛在欢呼：“这简直是我们吃过的最好吃的东西了！”

每只兔子心中都有一个大国梦，爱国主义作为中华民族精神的核心，根植于每个国人的心中，但是为什么在数10年前，外出留学的国人不愿意归国呢，很大的原因在于当初的中国给不了他们想要的安全感，在那代人的普通观念中中国动荡不安全，远不如外国的和平，而且国内风气很不好搞学术研究的往往没有很大的出入，所以他们不是不想回国，而是国内给不了他们想要的生活，当初那个因为自己的论文批驳了老师观点而拿不到推荐信，最终在美国研究数10年获得成功而归的数学家，曾以令人颇感心酸的话说，如果我待在国内，那我一辈子也搞不了研究。其中深意，可见一般

但是目前的海归潮似乎打破了过去不敢回国的窘境，原因何在很明显，由于我国国际影响力的不断扩大，国家对于科研事业的高度重视，我国的综合国力大涨，看见日渐强盛的国家，兔子们也按耐不住心中的激情，加上国家也向他们伸出了橄榄枝，海归潮便轰轰烈烈地兴起了，其实没有人不想回家，当初钱学森他们冲破国外的层层阻挠，坚持回到祖国为自己的国家贡献，就体现了留学的中国人的思国之情，当初国家艰苦，他们只能利用外国资源与环境来提升自己，但是现在不一样了，国家富强有能力自己建一个大花园，让这群海兔们回来生活了，所以他们就回来了。

海归潮只是国家发展的一个表现，但是为了让更多的留学生回国，我们还需要更努力，我国虽然已经开始更加重视科技人才，但光重视是不行的，必须要改变他们的地位才行，不能国家强了，海归的人员却身无定所为他们提供一个更具有安全感的环境，但是使海归潮热度不减的重要手段。
