各位领导、老师，你们好！今天我要说课的框题是《树立正确的消费观》

我准备从教材的地位作用、教学目标、教学重难点、教法和学法以及教学过程这六个方面来对这一课进行分析。

首先，说教材的地位和作用

本课在全书中占有重要的地位。《树立正确的消费观》是人教版教材高中政治“必修一”“经济生活”上学期第一单元第三课第二框题内容。

第一单元的主题是解决“为什么生产？”----即为了消费！在讲完神奇的货币和多变的价格之后，第三课开始涉及消费的内容。第三课第一框讲了消费及其类型，了解了影响消费的客观因素和类型以及消费结构等知识。本框题则是从影响人们消费的主观因素方面分析形形色色的消费心理，知道践行正确的消费原则。

第二，说教学目标

依据新课程标准“经济生活”模块中“生活与消费”部分“描述几种消费心理，比较消费行为的差异，辨析消费观念的变化，树立正确的消费观”的目标要求和内容标准中的有关规定，结合高一学生的认知结构及其心理特征，我制定了以下教学目标：

1．知识目标：理解从众、求异、攀比和求实消费心理的基本特征，知道如何评价这几种消费心理，理解量入为出、适度消费，避免盲从、理性消费，保护环境、绿色消费，勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗等基本消费原则。

2．能力目标:正确评价和对待各种消费观及消费行为的能力，提高科学理财的意识与能力。

3．情感态度价值观目标：树立正确的消费观，以科学求实的态度对待消费。能坚持正确的消费原则，发扬勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗的精神，树立和增强环保意识，自觉落实环境保护行动。

第三，说教学重点与难点

为了完成以上教学目标，进一步培养学生能力，根据教材与学生实际，我制定了以下的教学重点与难点：

1．教学重点：理解并能正确评价从众、求异、攀比和求实消费心理。

重点的依据：这是学生日常消费行为中普遍存在的现象，多数学生消费心理存在误区，需要重点讲解。

2．教学难点：如何树立正确的消费观念，懂得应该坚持怎样的消费观念。

难点的依据：旨在结合前面内容，对学生进行正面教育，帮助学生树立正确的消费观。

（过渡）：为了突出重点，突破难点，讲清疑点，使学生能够达到本框题既定的教学目标，下面我再从教法和学法上谈谈。

第四，说教法

教学是一门艺术。既需要规范性，又需要创造性和实践性。高中新课程标准倡导这样一些基本理念：如“构建以生活为基础，以学科知识为支撑的课程模块”以及“强调课程实施的实践性与开放性”等等，这就要求我们在教学中必须立足于学生现实的生活经验，着眼于学生发展需求，把理论观点的阐述寓于社会生活的主题之中，在引领学生认识社会适应社会、融入社会的实践活动中，关注学生的情感、态度和行为表现。

中国人崇尚勤俭持家，量入为出，习惯于存款消费。而西方人尤其是美国人则主张超前消费，习惯于贷款去享受生活。

有这样一个故事，讲的是一个中国老太太和一个美国老太太在天堂相遇，谈起了各自在人间的一生。美国老太太到银行贷款买房，住了30年，最后贷款也还清了，并享受了一辈子的快乐生活。中国老太太在年轻时，他母亲去世了，为他留下了刚买的房子，让她享受了30年；最后，她也为自己的女儿留下了一套新房。

听完了这个故事，我们应该能够大概了解中美消费观念里体现的文化差异，以及与此相关的社会伦理和社会价值观念等方面的差异。美国老太太贷款住上了新房，舒舒服服地生活了一辈子；中国老太太也有自己的新房住，也能享受人生，不过住的是她母亲的房子。从这个故事中可以看出美国人是自己享受生活，自己管自己，认为“儿孙自有儿孙福”；而中国人崇尚的“前人载树，后人乘凉”，非常关心自己下一代的幸福生活。

造成这种差异的原因是多方面的。因为从古自今，美国人相信上帝，认为他会给每个人赐福，所以美国人崇尚公平，认为自己的事情自己去做，不要想有别人的帮助；而中国人尊住祖，认为是祖先给子孙赐福，是祖先在保佑着你，所以中国人崇尚伦理亲情。

中西消费观念的差异，取决于各自不同的伦理亲情于价值观念。随着文化更加广泛、更加频繁、更加激烈、更加深入地接触与碰撞，中西方也会多向的、多层次的互动和吸纳对方的优秀文化，中国人在子女留下财富的同时，也会接受贷款消费，而美国人也会更加注重伦理亲情。
