Most of the American people love drinking. They love cola, juice, wine and beer. When people eat BBQ, watch the football matches or basketball matches, they usually drink cold beer. Juice is a nice and healthy drink. It made from fruits. I like orange juice best. Many American people drink orange juice for breakfast. It is good for our body.

There are many KFC and McDonald’s in America. Many American people like fast food. If people are in a hurry, they have no time to cook; they prefer to eat fast food. People love fast food, but eating too much fast food could make people fat and unhealthy.

我的英语课堂（my english classroom）

this is my english classroom . it is not big and not small . we usually study in the classroom .

there is a blackboard in front of the classroom .it is not big ,but it is helpful .my english teacher usually writes some english letter .the air-conditioner is on the right in the wall .it is white .in summer ,it is cool to us .there is a clock on the behind wall .it is blue and cute .it tells us the time .there are three long desks in middle of the classroom and there are three small desks on the right in the classroom .

我和大家喜欢的美食都不一样，而且饭店也买不到哦，大家应该很好奇什么美食吧。

我跟大家分享我妈妈最拿手的美食就是“厦门沙茶泡面”，只要我一要求“面面”，妈妈就会煮上一碗超级美味的“面面”，在我请求下，妈妈终于把煮面面的方法一一教我一遍，我还是不懂煮，但是明白了煮面的过程原来有这么多细节。

煮面的方法其实很简单，第一件事就是准备材料，泡面1包、鸡蛋1个、古龙三丝罐1罐、蒜1棵、香菇几朵、青菜1棵，煮的顺序就是先把水烧开，放入香菇和古龙三丝罐，等水开了再放泡面和鸡蛋，过3分钟后，面已经软了就放入青菜和蒜青，再加入厦门沙茶面特制的配料，美味的面面就煮好了，爸爸也尝试煮了好几次，也没有妈妈煮的那个味道，可能这就是所谓妈妈的美食与众不同的味道吧，想着想着我的口水都快流出来了!

面对传统文化，我们更多的是敬畏。历史的沿继，文化的继承，我们应该像敬畏大自然一样对待传统文化，文化也是自然的产物，古代许许多多人们的思想结晶，短小精悍的诗句，传达了多少情，多少义。中华文化承载的东西，往往要比你想象的要多很多。那一种"只可意会不可言传"的境界，不同的人，面对的相同的文化，产生的是不一样的情感，文化是多么的神奇啊!

面对传统文化，我们更多的是呵护。历史的东西，是不可再生产的，他的珍贵，是值得我们呵护的。文化告诉我们一个朝代的崛起与萧条，这后面的原因，是值得我们借鉴与学习的。传统文化承载着的精神，是值得我们呵护并学习的。文化是不可摸、不可触，却有灵魂的东西，而这美丽的灵魂，需要我们细心呵护。

用心感受，来升华自身。文化的神奇、灵动，需要我们用心体会，体会其中的精华，体会史人想要告诉我们的故事，体会到那其中的真谛。修身养性，提升自我道德素质，品读感受文化，是我们成长中的一步。
