各镇人民政府、街道办事处和社区作为全民健身设施的受益单位和产权单位,负责工程的日常维护和管理工作。

三、全民健身设施的建设工作要求

1、由县文化体育局根据辖区全民健身设施建设需要提出建设计划,确定建设项目,各镇人民政府、街道办事处具体负责建设。建设项目选址如涉及土地、规划、园林绿化等部门,由所在地人民政府负责协调。
