森林王国里住着很多小动物，它们时常举行一些比赛活动。有一天，狮子国王发出了一个通知：“森林里过几天要举行一场动物智力比赛，大家可以自愿报名，主考官是孔雀阿姨。”

小白兔听了这个消息后很高兴，很想参加比赛，就从山坡上匆忙地跑过去报上了名。孔雀阿姨说：“这个星期日就要举行比赛了，你的考号是五号，考场就在这里，快回家准备吧！”。报完名后小白兔在回家的路上碰上了小狐狸，原来小狐狸也要去报名。小白兔看见小狐狸也去报名，非常高兴。可是，小狐狸知道了小白兔也报了名，就自作聪明的对小白兔说：“你和我比智力，怎么比都是我强，就别和我比了。”小白兔自信地说：“那我可以努力学习啊。”小狐狸不理小白兔，独自骄傲地去报名了。小白兔回到家里就起早贪黑地看与比赛有关的书，小狐狸却在大吃二喝。到了考试那天，小白兔和小狐狸等小动物一起走进了考场，孔雀阿姨发下了试卷，小狐狸看了看试卷想：“哎呀，这题可真难啊！有一大半都不会做。”而小白兔一看试卷，整个卷子里的题都会做，一点都不难。开始答题了，过了半小时，小狐狸才做上了一道题，小白兔已经把所有的题都做完了。时间到了，小动物们都相继交上了试卷，它们俩也交上了卷子。几天后，成绩出来了，小白兔得了二等奖，而小狐狸却得了个大鸭蛋。小狐狸说：“卷子上的题都与指南针有关系，这题可真难啊！”

通过这场智力比赛，小狐狸得到了一个深刻的教训，从此以后，它再也不骄傲了。

不知怎的，近来冒出了些新词。当同学指着某某人大叫一声非智力的时候，我还一脸茫然。

同学就算了，年轻人都喜欢追逐潮流，我们班也不甘落伍，有一天中午公然讲起了智力因素与非智力因素的问题。

以学习为例，都说万般皆下品，唯有读书高，非智力因素自然是一些与上天赐于我们的这一副臭皮囊无关的事物，爱好、习惯云云，是后天形成的。哪怕缺胳膊少腿，只要你肯努力，公平得有些无情的上天都会给你报酬，这也是人们为什么说“天道酬勤”的原因。有些四肢健全的家伙，一个个盼着能与自已的偶像一样的命运。可是他们却忘了，伟人光环之下所付出的努力，在如今中国社会“万般皆下品，唯有读书高”的架势，不出挑的人老老实实读着圣贤书吧!

说非智力因素是后天的，那智力因素便是先天的赏赐。那些先天被祝福的人，学习上面自是如虎添翼，若是不勤快，上天便收回祝福，此人也只能是个庸人。若是愚笨一点，倒也无妨，“勤能补拙“便可说有一切，若是个有问题的，估计除非命好也无什么大才之人，毕竟你见过哪个伟人是智障脑残?

两种因素，不可因先天不足而自弃;也不可因非智力因素太小而不去重视，将非智力因素的有利面牢牢掌握在手中的，是人才也。
